hey man if u are open to suggestions (im a 7x elite/legend ret.) one thing i noticed that might help u is to make sure to utilize your blessings of sacrifice more. its only on a 1 minute cd so u should be able to get multiple uses out of it every round. Using during enemy burst windows or when a teammate is getting low will take alot of stress off of you healers. Also something that helped me was if you think of playing ret from the perspective of “i need to keep my team alive” instead of “zug zug damage zug zug kill” like 90% of ret players do then u will gain a ton of ratings just from that change of mind set alone. Most rets fail to understand at the end of the day ret is a utility class. Also blessing of Sanctuary is your most important ability that ret has. if u completely dedicate time to practicing your sancs u will gain a ton of rating. Hope it was helpful. Keep grinding brother!

I feel the play would be to melt down that DK when he was on the locks team. That dk was doing a good job at helping kite you for the lock.

Purely prefrence and I am sure many will disagree, but you may want to experiment with a herald of the sun build for those times you feel you are being kited alot. I prefer it against casters because you can spam ranged easier and don't need to be directly in melee to get full value on wings as with a templar build.
