@@SparkysGarage great video! maybe a little more detail when changing filters or explaining what your doing for people who don't know, Great camera work very Andrew Camarata like. Cant wait for more!
Great vid. I have a 2011 Bobcat 325G that had the same hours when I bought it ....LOL. I did the same thing you did and changed all the filters and oils even in the gear drives etc. and a new paint job and decals. Love it....man you are allot like me...LOL.
Good work Sparky! One thing I noticed is that you still need to flush the engine coolant & replace or did I miss that? I have 2015 Vio35 with about 1700 hrs, runs & operates like a swiss watch!
@@SparkysGarage Just an FYI: I got a good price on new tracks & new bucket teeth at Tracksnteeth.com. I think it was like $1,600 including shipping about 6 months ago.
@@Afuerasinsensura I shopped around, that included shipping, what exactly did you pay for new tracks & bucket teeth for an 18" bucket & shipping for your 8K machine?
track sprocket looks worn out mate , must of been cheap , i think very ruff hammer condition , u shore hour are genuine, smoky motor, your more keen than me , im looking at a 17 year one with 2000hours and wounder why pins and bushes were done , and it looks new still , thanks for you video to
Sprockets will definitely be replaced when I get tracks for it, probably next year. I burned through the old fuel in the tank and added some seafoam, no more smoke on startup. This machine runs great, but yes its ugly, it was a rental after all.
That large plug from underneath that you took out....was that the hydraulic drain plug? You put some time, work and effort into this bro and it looks bad ass!
@@SparkysGarage That would be great! I got a quote for local JD dealer to do it for $250 since JD has YANMAR engines they will do it. Let me know when you post your vid if you do it.
This machine is loving its new owner! Nice work!
For sure! Thanks!
just bought a 05 Vio 27-2 cant wait for more videos on yours!
Awesome Congrats! Did you like the vid? Any tips or pointers for it?

I did the engine oil first then the hydraulic fluid and final drives last. 👍🏻👍🏻
What kind of machines do you have?!
@@SparkysGarage Bobcat 325G Mini excavator...love playing with it. Again I did what you did with my machine.

Awesome definitely going to be able to get some work done with that. How many hours if you don't mind me asking did it have on it when you purchased.
Just got it. 1975 hours. 1960 I think when I loaded it on the trailer.
@@SparkysGarage , awesome job, you made that thing look better than my 2020, 3032E John Deere. I guess I need to stop beating it up so bad. Lol.

Yessir. That’s the hydraulic oil tank. Thanks!
Service manual calls for valve adjust at 1500 hrs, I have not done mine yet am at 1700 hrs.
I might do a vid on this sometime this year
