So it would make sence for thanatos to have a grudge or at least a mild distastes for sisyphus being released. Also with his punishments of pushing the bolder (or bouldy in this case) is to represent his goal to escape death. Something that is difficult yet useless.

Freeing Sisyphus should get you at least a bit of a negative reaction with Thanatos, considering he's the one who suffered the consequences of the knave-king's cunning.
Sisyphus is certainly one of the more odder characters here, while a lot of the gods and other characters are played very straight in their depictions with only the nessisary alterations made Sisyphus is seemingly entierly different from his mythical counterpart, the original Sisyphus was a trickster and in some versions a murderer who'd kill his houseguests and take their stuff. The original Sisyphus was sentanced to death by Thanatos because he was such a menace to society and that's how he got to magically chain him or put him in a box depending on the version, and while I know the game eludes to these events when Than visits Sisyphus I honestly can't imagine this Sisyphus murdering house guests and taking their stuff...
I mean to be fair, we don't really know how long ago this is from Sisyphus dying. He could've been dead for millennia. I figure that's the thing Zag's getting at, he's been at it for awhile, and resources would be better spent doing other things.

However , the gods did nothing , because such actions were made against mortals and were bound for him to be punished by mortals....but Sysiphus tricked and locked Thanatos , and with that , chaos happened to the mortal realm , as everyone were deathless , while he still breaks customs left and right for selfish reasons. It didn't helped that he escaped a second time , making that chaos to happen twice. In that sense , Sysiphus well deserves his punishment , he even acknowledge that.

I think Bouldy will take endless nectars, but will give you buffs once each run for the first one you give him.
