i agree. I'm hoping to scoop a baby of his up after they're off the track and make them a sport horse. I've got a AP Indy grandson already so definitely excited to keep an eye on what this guy throws
Queen Z. is having trouble carrying a foal full term. Sadly she lost a Curlin foal. I know she receives the best care and I'm hoping they remedy her problem. A foal by this handsome stud is bound to be beautiful.
What a beautiful horse! Honor AP is meant to carry on the Seattle Slew line, and I wish him the best of luck with his new job. Does anyone else think Honor AP looks sort of dark gray? Maybe it's all his chrome, but I keep thinking he is "grayish."
@@valerieteti1755 I just love white stockings on a dark colored horse! Probably is the light reflection making him look grayish. Thank you for the nice response, Valerie!
He couldn't even stay sound racing to 4. Why do horses like this command huge stud fees while Hoppertunity, who by all accounts had a great temperament and stayed sound enough to win a stakes race at 7, gets an insultingly low fee and was unwanted by any of the big KY farms?
Well, we will soon see how Runhappy's offspring do. His first crop would be 2 y.o.now, right? Who knows what makes a great stallion? Bold Ruler suffered from arthritis during his racing career and was euthanized after lengthy radiation treatment for sinus cancer. Who wants to breed horses that might develop arthritis or cancer? Northern Dancer was a small horse - E.P. Taylor couldn't get a buyer when he tried to sell him as a yearling. Yes, he won the Derby, Preakness and the Queen's Plate, but why would anyone want to breed for small stature? Yet these are two of the most important sires of the 20th century. Both are in the pedigrees of Runhappy and Honor A.P..
@@OfficialMuffiin Yeah that's right, Hoppertunity only has A.P. Indy, Fourty Niner, Damacus, Seattle Slew, Northern Dancer, and Secretariat in his bloodlines.
Honor A.P. has tons of back class on the dam side. The dam sire branch includes the winner of the first Breeders Cup Classic 1984 Wild Again. That horse traces back to Neartic by Nearco. Nearco sired Neartic, Royal Charger, and Nasrullah who sired Bold Ruler...Secretariats dad. Plus Native Dancer the “Grey Ghost”who won the Preakness and Belmont 1953 is in the blend thru the dam side.
I was so hoping to see him in a race and wining a last leg or breeders cup hes so much more we loved his finsh at the Derby what a come back agent's all odds love u buddy look like paint horse.sns ranch
This horse is such a stand out beauty. Wish we got to see more of him racing, but rather have him retire happily than risk an even worse injury that can cost him his life.
What a scam im sure there is nothing really wrong with him. They just went for the money and screwed over the racing fan. People want to cheer and follow a winning horse with a great personality but they just take it away from the fans. Maybe they think he can't beat the better horses not quick enough.
Bullshit! he hardly did anything in his career now hes another greed statistic to breed? 🤦 Yup that is why the sport is soo boring and uniteresting to watch now. The days of Zenyatta are way over!
Just a beautiful horse to see!!!! Please take care of him !!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Beautiful, when I was a child watched the movie "The Black Stallion" over & over, he reminds me of that movie 🌠
Wow, that made me tear up seeing Honor Code and Honor AP in front of A P Indy's statue. I wish him all the luck in the world.
I could care less about his track record - he is a gorgeous hunk of horse flesh. Just gorgeous.
Definitely the best looking 3 year old this year.

Indeed.... What a hunter he'd make lol
Congratulations! Thank you for sharing your video. Great Horses!
He Is drop dead gorgeous! I wonder what he and Zenyatta would produce together!!?
Probably A.P Yatta lol
They'd be an amazing match, AP Indy grandson out of a G1 winner and queen Z. Regardless of running quality it would be a beautiful baby.

Beautiful horse!
"I'm looking forward to his stud career,". So is he.
Smogger911 are you dumb? That is extremely rare to happen.

Looking forward to following his progeny!
Same! I want one after they retire from the track to make a sport horse. he's gotta throw gorgeous babies looking like that 😍
Spectacular horse .
I wonder what the horses think about that A P Indy statue.
Probably that it’s a horse eating monster. lol. Especially for highstrung stallions freshly off the track.
Aww man he was a great runer!🥺
Lindo caballo excelente entrevista
Damn, honor code is a beast. Huge neck on him.

Mainly pedigree I'm assuming. Should be based on the individual horses abilities but that's horse racing.

All Thoroughbreds are beautiful to me, but wow, Honor A.P. is really a standout.
Total eye candy!
Ever notice those Secretariat influenced stallions have chrome on their legs...his line almost always throws that...

Absolutely the most stunning horse on the Derby track !!! He would be my boyfriend- if I was a horse. Lol.
