It is utterly preposterous to accuse Israel of occupying Gaza before 7,10,23 with a simple statement ; " How could Hamas build all those 400 km of tunnels as well as get all those tens of thousands of rockets as well as the incredible variety of armaments discovered since under an Israeli "occupation" ?

It was very annoying how he kept interrupting her with questions completely distracting from the explanation she was in the middle of. It made it very confusing. And I feel he often did it because he just wanted her to only give "proof" he could use to make his point. That was unnecessary because letting her finish would have probably underlined the ridiculousness of ICJ and the accusations quite clearly. Instead we got a fractured talk which didn't really do that as strongly

There is an art to interviewing, and part of it is to let the interviewee give their views and interject only rarely . Levy has not mastered that art.

Exactly! The ratio of combatens and civilian casualties is like the ratio of success and fails in a test. This is what we need to look at, to see if israel is doing a quality of a job, and in turn a genosidal intent.
Saying that genoside is based only on the number of civilian casualties is like saying: "if someone failed in *any* test at least 3 qustions then he is bad at the subject". Which is stupid, couse there could have been like 90 questions in total...

I cannot seem to identify my district's representative in this entity; maybe you can help me. Who do I write a letter to? When can I vote for them? What qualifications must one have to run for this office?

Excuse me for being blunt and honest. You can research yourself. United Nations (UN) is the most corrupt and Terrorist Supporting Organization in the World. If a person who works for the United Nations is found to have committed crimes, the UN has and internal group who reviews the allegations and 99% of the time determines THEY DON'T SEE A PROBLEM AND DIMISSES IT. In the 1% where the UN criminal failed to cover their tracks enough the UN sends those cases to the International Criminal Court (ICC) which was created by the UN. If the ICC can not find a loophole to say, DOESN'T MEET THE BURDEN OF PROOF which they do determine with 99% of the cases they receive, the 1% is sent to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). The ICJ was established by the UN.
The International Law Commission (ILC), is part of the United Nations and the Leader of the commission is always a dictator or Terrorist. The ICL makes recommendations to the General Assembly that advance the development of international law. Different countries have treaties which plays a small role in the International laws. Nothing done in the UN is ever done in good faith. If you and I have an agreement and you sign the agreement with full intention of following the rules of the agreement, and if I smile and sign KNOWING I WILL NEVER HONOR THE AGREEMENT, oh well. The UN Special Rapporteur on twitter has made comments (only good Jyooz is a dead one, keep ignoring those pesky Jyooz) as recently as today. Her husband was also on the UN payroll for years. Now that I have given you what to research you tell me if there is any bar exam for a person with Morals and a belief in God to get in those organizations. UN Sec General Antonio Guterres was best friends with Arafat. All bought and paid for oil and precious metal from Jew haters.

Maybe some civil countries would get the clearer understanding of "disproportion" in this situation, if to turn it to another angle again. Also attacking a country and the certain area and nation (in Israel`s case) is disproportional here. There are countries never been and maybe never will be attacked, never had to put much effort into fighting the terrorism. Israel have to do it constantly - total disproprtionality.

I’ve heard Hausdorff recite these arguments a dozen times. I am a staunch Zionist, but there is a consequence of her logic she should address: If Judea and Samaria are not occupied, and are part of Israel, then the Pians there are living under something like apartheid. The only way you can argue for then being under military jurisdiction, is if the territory is occupied.

Watch Winston Marshall. It is not apartheid because arabs in judea sumeria has their own authority. Israelis don't have voting rights in judea sumeria just like arabs in judea sumeria on Israel. Jews free zone establish at Zone A judea sumeria, Gaza and dome of rock. Never did Arab barred from a specific area

@ Yes, they are under the PA. But, if it’s part of Izrael, they shouldn’t be.

With respect, you are continually interrupting her mid sentence to make yourself look smart. Your tone is loud, aggressive and you dont seem remotely interested in actually listening or learning from this brilliant woman. Instead you seem much more focused in trying to show her and everyone how much you know. Are you like this with all your guests or is this just how you treat smart accomplished women?

I wonder what the equivalent of this is for the Gazans. How many of those concepts are they familiar with?
    Take a guess?
    I reckon, none.
