Brilliant!????? That is a complete understatement she is outstanding. It is infuriating that although she is in England, she is not invited to an interview on the BBC
Her spoken voice is so lovely. Her intelligence so inspiring. I’d gladly have her on retainer as my legal counsel. Thank you Natasha for all of your efforts and your voice!
It is utterly preposterous to accuse Israel of occupying Gaza before 7,10,23 with a simple statement ; " How could Hamas build all those 400 km of tunnels as well as get all those tens of thousands of rockets as well as the incredible variety of armaments discovered since under an Israeli "occupation" ?
@@PopBeerCan-rm6go In order for a territory to be under occupation, not only does the occupying military need to be within it, it needs to be under the “effective control” of the occupying power. The OP is correct. The silver lining of 10:07 is it exposed the absurdity of claiming Iz had effective control.
It was very annoying how he kept interrupting her with questions completely distracting from the explanation she was in the middle of. It made it very confusing. And I feel he often did it because he just wanted her to only give "proof" he could use to make his point. That was unnecessary because letting her finish would have probably underlined the ridiculousness of ICJ and the accusations quite clearly. Instead we got a fractured talk which didn't really do that as strongly
This, as I figured, was SOOOOO good!!! You guys really needed about 3 hours to unwrap the many complexities of Israel and the war of 7+ fronts. As always, I do thank you.
Eylon, I love you, but let your expert guests finish their sentences 😊🙏 before you jump in to summarize and add your two cents. A lot of points in this session got cut off that could have been insightful and important because you interjected and redirected the conversation.
And when missiles are sent over Israel, do the same rules apply? Because if Israel did not have the iron dome and also safety shelters, where would they be now?
You both have unbelievable patience but Eylon you interrupted Natasha at crucial moments of her explanations that steered the conversations off the questions you were asking her that I would have really liked to hear her finish answering. I realize how II impossible this all is and Natasha is unbelievably calm but please, next time, let her finish speaking.
Fantastic! Thank you Natasha for your expertise and clear explanations. Eylon, thank you for adding Natasha to your extensive list of knowledgeable guests.
I like Eylon but he might interrupt a bit less when Natasha is explaining a complicated point. Especially with questions which are directing the conversation on a completely different issue.

I'm pretty sure she start speaking and everyone goes quiet just to listen to her. Admirable woman, when I grew up I want to be like her
Dear Eilon, please listen to the entire answer before asking another question, you'll be a much better host. I've listened to Natasha on a few podcasts and debates and never was she interrupted as much as you interrupted her on your show.
Do you have a longer version of this interview where we can listen to her detailed explanations I’d really love to hear all the complexities of the international law and how it’s being applied and look forward to your reply thank you
She appears often on UKLFI Charitable Trust which you can find on YT. There are numerous hour long videos there where she answers pretty much the same set of questions.

Not only has Israel never threatened any country with annihilation and has always acted in self-defense, it is also by far the most moral army in the world. What is the exact proportionality in a war against an entity whose stated goal is to annihilate you?
Mr. Levy interrupts Ms. Hausdorff far too often, as pointed out earlier several times. It is annoying, and cleary breaks up her train of thought and her answers. There is an art to interviewing, and part of it is to let the interviewee give their views and interject only rarely . Levy has not mastered that art.
Exactly! The ratio of combatens and civilian casualties is like the ratio of success and fails in a test. This is what we need to look at, to see if israel is doing a quality of a job, and in turn a genosidal intent. Saying that genoside is based only on the number of civilian casualties is like saying: "if someone failed in *any* test at least 3 qustions then he is bad at the subject". Which is stupid, couse there could have been like 90 questions in total...
International law. Who is your elected representative for the legislature of this entity that creates "international law?" I cannot seem to identify my district's representative in this entity; maybe you can help me. Who do I write a letter to? When can I vote for them? What qualifications must one have to run for this office? For the "judges" of the "ICJ," what bar exam must one pass to be eligible for running for this office?
Excuse me for being blunt and honest. You can research yourself. United Nations (UN) is the most corrupt and Terrorist Supporting Organization in the World. If a person who works for the United Nations is found to have committed crimes, the UN has and internal group who reviews the allegations and 99% of the time determines THEY DON'T SEE A PROBLEM AND DIMISSES IT. In the 1% where the UN criminal failed to cover their tracks enough the UN sends those cases to the International Criminal Court (ICC) which was created by the UN. If the ICC can not find a loophole to say, DOESN'T MEET THE BURDEN OF PROOF which they do determine with 99% of the cases they receive, the 1% is sent to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). The ICJ was established by the UN. The International Law Commission (ILC), is part of the United Nations and the Leader of the commission is always a dictator or Terrorist. The ICL makes recommendations to the General Assembly that advance the development of international law. Different countries have treaties which plays a small role in the International laws. Nothing done in the UN is ever done in good faith. If you and I have an agreement and you sign the agreement with full intention of following the rules of the agreement, and if I smile and sign KNOWING I WILL NEVER HONOR THE AGREEMENT, oh well. The UN Special Rapporteur on twitter has made comments (only good Jyooz is a dead one, keep ignoring those pesky Jyooz) as recently as today. Her husband was also on the UN payroll for years. Now that I have given you what to research you tell me if there is any bar exam for a person with Morals and a belief in God to get in those organizations. UN Sec General Antonio Guterres was best friends with Arafat. All bought and paid for oil and precious metal from Jew haters.
I'm a bit disappointed, Eylon. At least three times you interrupted Natasha when she was about to clarify a topic more thoroughly, and you changed the subject... I love your enthusiasm and I understand that each answer raises so many questions and associations, but this approach doesn't help our cause. When we're talking with friends who believe the general stories, we NEED to be equipped with more detailed information about 'international law' and the processes followed in the ICJ. Or don't we? Would like to hear what others think.
Elyon, this is one of your better podcasts and that is difficult in itself, as they are all superb, but from an judicial aspect and educating us in its terminology Natasha Hausdorff is very effective. I have watched this twice and taken notes so I can use these terms and facts in discussions with those who so wish to engage in conversation about Israel and Gaza. I will have to translate them into Danish. Is there a transcript of this podcast by ay chance?Thank you very much. וכל הכבוד לך ולצוות שלך
ABSOLUTELY. Why is no one allowed to prosecute the terrorist and their sponsor. Surely, given the extent of Irans sponsorship of terrorism world wide, its leaders should be prosecuted under international law? Why are criminals immune to law?
Maybe some civil countries would get the clearer understanding of "disproportion" in this situation, if to turn it to another angle again. Also attacking a country and the certain area and nation (in Israel`s case) is disproportional here. There are countries never been and maybe never will be attacked, never had to put much effort into fighting the terrorism. Israel have to do it constantly - total disproprtionality.
Eylon, I like you and respect you but here is a constructive criticism, please let your guest speak, you interrupted her many times on very important topics, she tried to give you a hint at 31:05, but you didnt get it 🙂.
Mr. Levy, I suggest seeking out recently retired General Kenneth Frank McKenzie, former CentCom commander. He has some thoughts on these issues I think your audience would appreciate.
I’ve heard Hausdorff recite these arguments a dozen times. I am a staunch Zionist, but there is a consequence of her logic she should address: If Judea and Samaria are not occupied, and are part of Israel, then the Pians there are living under something like apartheid. The only way you can argue for then being under military jurisdiction, is if the territory is occupied.
Watch Winston Marshall. It is not apartheid because arabs in judea sumeria has their own authority. Israelis don't have voting rights in judea sumeria just like arabs in judea sumeria on Israel. Jews free zone establish at Zone A judea sumeria, Gaza and dome of rock. Never did Arab barred from a specific area
