I used to listen to this daily when I was 13. I struggled so so much with insecurity about everything, from my looks to my personality. I swore to myself to not give in to beauty standards, to prove to myself and others it’s a never ending game you can’t win. Here I am at the age of 22, after my first rhinoplasty, after the high of having a new face came down, I’m still wondering if I indeed am pretty enough or wether to keep nitpicking. I think seeing someone as gorgeous as Beyonce talking abt insecuritys makes me feel better abt mine. No matter how many people think ur beautiful, it doesnt matter. People always have opinions on stuff, but ur opinion on urself is what matters the most; i had to learn that the hard way.
