Voltage ke upar depend karega. Resistor ke piche side kitna voltage hai woh check karo phir vaha se track kaha ja raha he woh dekho capacitor he ya IC hai ya kuch aur.

Sir mera fast charger 5A ka hai sara saman sahi hai par ic ka pas 280v aa rahe han lekin chopper ke bad se current nahi aa raha chopper bhi sahi hai plzz help sir🙏🙏

u have not shown the out put and input of the transformer .u tested only resister and condenser .it is not sufficient
