The adventure looks so much fun. Cozumel is one of my most favorite places to visit. It's cool you also got to sit around the pool afterwards. The poblano pepper dish. Wow that looked so good. Dinner and a Show. Where is the Tabasco???? I like things hot.

I was there at Cozumel Mexico at Cruise Line Valor with my family. My Dad it's a chef. He cooked Philippines, Japanese, Italians and French. I bet to Tabasco Chef Maestro at the first time and Celebrate My Dad sister birthday. I have a time in Mexico.
Hey Chapmans, I walked on my prosthetic that day, and glad I did. I sat on a barstool which was fine, but had I been i my wheelchair I would not have been able to see over the counter very well. The taxi would not have been able to take my chair either. I went to their site and they don't advertise as handicap accessible either. I recommend to go directly to their site and ask them, I am sure that if they can accommodate, they will. If you can do this , do it , it is even more fun than you can see on the video. That really looked like a lot of fun and it looked so delicious. You always add such excellent informative information like the fact that you are standing through the entire cooking event and you could get a chair if needed. How long was that cooking portion? Another excellent video.
Thanks Lennie, the whole excursion was 4 hours long , the cooking was about 2.5 - 3.0 hours. It was so much fun that it seemed like minutes. We will definitely do this again one day.

Did they have cooking stations for 3 people? We will have our daughter with us but are concerned that the cooking stations will be cramped if the three of us try to cook at one station (and cramp the stations on either side of us). Also, my daughter isn’t a fan of seafood, did they have option to sub for another protein like chicken? I realize ceviche is a seafood dish, but just curious if they have the option to sub in other foods.
Hey Pete, thanks for watching. They do have substitutions if desired. For 3 people I would get an end station , that should workout fine. They are very accommodating. We loved this excursion and the food was great. They really wanted us to have a fantastic experience, and we did.
