- Hi all, I'm preparing burgers on the temporary small grill in this episode. On the day, it felt hectic, but when I was editing, it seemed steady. Also, some of my team is on holiday this fourth night, so even though it is kinda quiet, it still feels busy. I hope you'll enjoy the content 👌😊👍

man, you can move. You do great work. Great videos as well. Your time management is some of the best I have ever seen. I cook chicken in the world's largest Shoprite supermarket, and it gets very hectic at times, especially when a product I make is on sale. I'm not a chef by any means, but watching your videos, makes me want to excel at my job and try to keep up with all the business. You're an inspiration to so many people, I can definitely guarantee that. Keep making these amazing videos. You always amaze me with how efficiently you do your work.

Awesome job chef making all those hamburgers chicken burgers chips. What’s the other meat you use and what is that white thing that everybody orders and it’s that was amazing job. You have a good kitchen staff and get customers that are always happy with your food.
The other meat is donair and I’m assuming the white thing is halloumi but I’m curious myself seeing it that way

I did this for years I bet this guy is rich I call it feeding the 5 thousand maney maney customers my manager was like get that till filled up best wishes to this guy relentlessly feeding the general public stay in control is key always make shure you are ready for the rush with cleaning in afect and always pleasing the customer good key skills and a positive mind doing this verry good man feeding the work army of are country 16.48 time and when it's qwiet thats when the magic happens and then again when the rush comes

Do you pre cook the burgers before service or do you purchase them from your vender pre cooked?
Think cooks them in the back kitchen first.!?
I precook them just before service, then cool them down in the blast chiller and keep them refrigerated, so I don't have to work with raw meat.the hand wash is far also cuts the cooking time during service 👌😀👍
