There's not really any ingredients added in excess to cause such thing to be honest. If we make it at home we'll use the same amount. Here they're making it for two servings as in two sandwiches so it just looks like they add butter in excess but its really normal.

First of all breads are always made of maida which is actually harmful for us but on daily routine we need to consume so bread omlette is not the issue but adding accessive butter and cheese with 2 eegs with bread is really very dangerous..
At the age of 20s or 30s you can't feel the negetive impact but that doing their work inside your body..
Why nowadays people of age of 20s 30s getting heart stroke? 1 of the reason is type of foods............
It's very tasty 😋😋 but always remember nature make us like that we like all poisons..
But did you ever think why bheega chola aur flax seeds are not tasty because they are beneficial for our health.....
Until it was just a normal bread omlette it was ok but when it added butter with cheeze with 2 omelettes with bread made with maida it's become a poison..
Just think maida, protein, fat, colestrol, sugar in excessive amount you are consuming how the stomach will react on it and how much time stomach will take to digest the food.....
From here you can get gastric problems and always remember that gastric is also a reason of heart or brain stroke or heat stroke
