To make things more complicated, I am looking into using AI software like Colossyan or HeyGen where all you need to do is create a script and the AI generated video clone of yourself will present the video, perfectly, without any video edits. It's just pricey, and not "real." For me, ultimately, the concern is what's more efficient: to talk to a camera and have a transcript created, or to write a script and have an AI person talk to the camera.

Loom's AI features leave a lot to be desired.. They are almost worthless. It's filler word removal is OK. It's silence removal is useless. Half the time ti ruins the video and i have to turn it off, but this may be the case with Descript as well, as when you remove dead audio you also remove video which may end up messing up the edit.
