Stefan and Billy are both wonderful to work with at Toulouse restaurant and honesty all I can say is Im lucky and thankfull for being accepted in environment were you have got the chance to learn something evey hour. Well done ❤
The Indian lady was a bit too critical for unnecessary reasons, looking for fault. They didnt even make their own pastry. But this was a great bunch. The Toulouse guys were great. The Shepherd and Dog deserved to win.
