    Everything shared to you has been fixed. Input from 0-100VDC Current can handle to 30A. It's using 12V for control board from another small module PSU.I hope you like my project, watch video to the end for more detail
    Protect current can setting by adjust VR. Clockwise to more current.if current of load lower than current setting everything is normally.if current of load biger than current setting, the circuit will working and cut off output immediately until we push the button to RESET.

    Hello my friend
    Your protection circuit works great and I thank you for your good work.
    I built this circuit and it works properly but one thing about the operation of this circuit occupies my mind
    and that is that when I connect a device like a motor to it and the circuit allows the required current to pass through it
    and when The motor is in load mode and consumes more current, the circuit does not react, ie it does not cut off the current.
    You previously posted a video on 1/15/2018 about the performance of a protection circuit, which, although that circuit had some problems,
    but when you tested it with a motor, the protection circuit reacted well to the increase of the motor tensile current, and He cut off the flow.
    I want to know why the new protection circuit does not have this feature?
    I hope I have stated what I mean correctly

    La he ajustado hasta en 7A y actúa bien, pero en más corriente no. La he seteado en 8A, 10A y al momento de añadir carga o subir tensión, la corriente llega a 15A y aún no protege.
    Lo que tengo para decir de diferente es que le dí 6 vueltas de alambre (como en el video anterior), así que intentaré dándole 11 vueltas a ver que cambia.

    Hai long.. please make a soft start using two 12v 30a relays with ntc 4x20d20 plus 2 temperature sensors ... for a 5000 watt amplifier

    Con corrientes superiores a 6A el ajuste comienza a ser impreciso debido a que el pin#6 queda ajustado en (ej) 3V con el potenciómetro y al aumentar la carga a la salida, va aumentando la tensión en el pin#5 pero llega hasta 2.8V y no aumenta más, por más que le añada 20A de carga, al contrario una vez llegado a esos 2.8V, comienza luego a descender y la protección nunca actúa.
    Creería que es algún problema relacionado a los divisores, pero aún no lo sé.

    Chào bác. Cái inverter sine 1000w trong clip của bác á. E dùng 4 con igbt 30a600v. Áp dc 380v. Tụ lọc 120v. Áp ac ra 225v. Sao e tải gần 200w nó còn 150v là egs ngắt luôn. Có cách nào khắc phục cho áp ko bị tụt nặng ko bác

    Its ok, but when it comes to transistors... sometimes its too slow to protect a transistor from short circuit. It takes several miliseconds to activate.
