Just focus on the path instead of the final destination, focus on what personality u want to be and when u will procrastinate question yourself will a person whom I want to be doing this.

My best way to avoid or stop procrastination is that generally I go to any room of house in which there will be no disturbance and there will be silence then I put my phone away from me take my laptop and download all files of works and start doing my work or studying then just off my hotspot off my phone and start studying isolated for to 6 to 8 hours with no disturbance so study in isolated place cut all the connection from social media etc for some time you will notice the changes.. By watching your video last 4 to 5 years i understand that Doing self analysis is very important generally many bright student do not do Deep anyalize of there work..
