    just reading the title and my mouth is already watering. You should do a stingray "imitation scallop" spearfish and cook. Up here local fisherman make "scallops" out of skate or stingray and sell them to the tourists.

    There has never been a Mcrib that looked as appetizing................ever! That looked really good, the only thing I would change would be beverage. This calls for an ice cold IPA.

    What a great way to use grouper ribs. Black Grouper is my favorite fish to catch, cook and eat. Even the biggest have delicious meat. I still have my fishing clubs record grouper a 72 pound Black grouper caught on 15# test on the reef off Key Largo. Love your channel so glad Tug Trash put me on to it.

    Great video Will! When you said you were going to smoke, the flavour (you always have good flavour) pallet leaped in my head and I started drooling. Lol. That sandwich was so delicious looking. Wow

    Will the video totally lived up to the insta-hype! I wish I lived near the ocean and could get the fish scraps like you do but I live probably in the the most geographically distance from either of the oceans and the gulf up here in MN! 😂😂😂😂😂 I mean we got fish, but it’s not nearly the size you get!
    I am trying to get down there to the keys around the end of December and maybe with some luck I can try roaming the docks and talk real nice to the people cleaning their fish to see if I can take some to try your recipes… I think I’d like to try that fish head chili you made too

    What temp did you smoke at and total time?
