I dont really understand why do Thai tourists always visit to Botahtaung pogado next to Shwedagon.As a 23 years old Yangon born,I have never been to that pagoda plus Yangon has nothing to do except for nightlife(even pattaya's nightlife is 100 times better than us) especially for burmeses.

Yes, I agree that the nightlife in Thailand is 100 times better than in Myanmar but if you're looking for culture and natural beauty, plus the most hospitable people in the world.....Myanmar is the best of the best!
I will tell you why Thai tourists visit Bothathaugh Paya. They go worship U BoBoGyi and the lady Nat.
