Welcome back! Im presenting this gorgeous winter mega mansion decorated for Christmas! This Bloxburg mansion is worth 200k-350k without decals, and 400k-500k ish with decals! This is a more beginner house and easier to follow! This house has 5-6 bedrooms, 2 big living rooms, a side garage, a long driveway, gated driveway, a tennis court, a barn and horse stable, pool, and a pool house/guest house, attics, and gorgeous winter theme!

I've been a sims player since the beginning and still can't build this well in Roblox, let alone convert a sims build to Roblox. You have real talent! Keep up the good work!
Can't wait to try to build this! Been looking for a fun, large detailed unfurnished house plot to practice my interior decorating in. I would probably turn the reindeer barn into a restaurant area though, as I've been trying to build a plot with that for a while. Looks super fun to decorate for the seasons too! 🙂💖

I love this build! It looks realistic and detailed, just like how I try to build my houses. Im building a house right now and might copy that small detached garage for it. Good luck on the next build. 😊

I’m in such a dilemma. I want a good looking house right? But then if I copy off a tutorial I bet I’d see like 20 other same houses. So I need to build a unique house, but I’m not as good as TH-camrs like you and it’s going to end up looking trash. Solution: Get better at building, how? I don’t know.
If I’m being fair I’ve copied speedbuilds and never seen the same house before
I would find a house of your liking on Google, just any house, with a floor plan, and just make it from that. It'll probably be the only one and unique!

My advice is to make rooms separately for each room like a kitchen 3X3 then after you do all rooms put them together to form a house
What I do is I just build random houses look at pintrest and look up houses and they and make stuff with basic shapes and details😊

i love it! i built this for myself and its my favorite!!! one thing id say was that i was slightly annoyed by how many times you deleted things but otherwise it was pretty easy to build!

IRL depending on the location, it could be $25million if not less or more. It all depends. I'm a decently experienced real estate rookie so you should get the idea.
