"Daechwita" is not just a diss, it is so much deeper on psychological level and has so many historical references. Since you don't know his language and many things are lost in the translation i recommend you to check out explanation by Bookish theories to understand it. Agust D also explained this song - he said that king represents who he was and another name of king is anger. Black-haired guy represents who he is now. This song is about the conflict inside him and he talks about this subject in many songs
Suga grew up poor and faced a lot of hardships, he even talked about going out and trying to sell his music but being ripped off, and having to pick from paying for a bus ticket home or food because he didn’t have enough money. They werent taking into account that the makeup they were wearing is called stage make up, every single person on television wears it so the bright lights dont wash your tone out..turn you into a ghost. and with that you have to accentuate the eyes because with foundation you look monochrome if you dont with the lights. SO...they invited RM/Suga to a type of rap meeting, pretending to address something else, then the turned on RM./Suga...ON CAMERA and started to belittle them. RM/Suga were blindsided and had to defend themselves. you can hear the audience shocked at what was being done. And of course there are other things we dont know about the underground scene over there, could be where the pill popping comes in. Since then (we dont mention his name because we dont want him to benefit by any trending clout) this person got thrown in jail for attacking another rapper and causing bodily harm. There is so much corruption over there Im so glad BTS was able to rise above it. AND dont get me started on the music industry over there...
