Hi, near Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, there's a huge patch of sand before entering DCH Sanctuary District and The Island. Do you know if they will be renovating that area to add more greenery etc so people in Sobha One with the view of the island will not see only sand but actual greenery, ponds etc?
Its hard to answer this as it depends on the authorities. But I would say since it is a wild life sanctuary, they will keep it as it is. But at least no towers would block the view as no construction is allowed.
