Oh, the infotainment screen... we (where I work) had two - yes, TWO - Volvo S60s lose their entire screens within a couple of weeks of each other. I want to post what the mechanic had to say about it, but I want to avoid ending up in TH-cam jail with Isaac as the lead prosecutor! I haven't heard that much cursing since my wife passed away, and the things he said would've made her recoil in fear. Other than those anomalies that sent the cars back to the dealership, I got quite the kick out of driving the S60 for a brief, shining moment and was a hero to the coworkers who couldn't figure out how to open and close the sunroof/shade.
@CarConfections dang! I’m headed out there, was hoping to meet you guys in person. Well someday we’ll have to make that work! A well WELL deserved vacation for you guys!
The hands-free tailgate works better if you just simply kick your foot underneath the sensor on the left side of the back bumper (straight down from the first 'V' in Volvo) - no swiping, waving your foot around, etc. Kick your foot under, step back (it gives you a beat to do this), and you'll hear the beep of the trunk opening. It works this way to close it also. We get a lot of complaints that it doesn't work when you swipe your foot under, and a lot of people can't get it to work, but it's because they're not doing it right!!
Come to think of it, Volvo was (I think, not 100% sure) the world first car maker to offered the 3 point seatbelt! By the way, does this model comes with the HUD as an option?
Okay call me stupid. But what exactly is the difference between a sun roof and a moon roof? I used to think maybe a sun roof opens and a moon roof doesn't. But that's not it because you call this one a moon roof.
As far as I understand it, you’re sort of right! The sunroof opens in the front, but because it’s a large glass piece that is stationary, it automatically becomes a moonroof.
Love: design, soft materials, steering wheel, sound system, quietness and refinment of 4cyl, gearbox and automatic part/handbrake. Not a fan of: digital instruments, climate control and system in general, understeer, headlights and all the tech fall bit short of German competitors.
Love the cabin overview in this one- feeling enveloped in Swedish luxury! Great video!

Great review. Very professional!
Thank you!
Thanks for showing me how to pop the roof glass open.
After 4 months with the car, some of the instructions just fell out my brain.

@@AlphaShark not this year unfortunately... but for good reason since we're going on our first vacation in 3 years 👐

Will the lord have to bless a lot for reliability issues? Or are they better since they got away from Ford?
They’re very reliable
