I think the disrespect comes from he fact he's the polar opposite of lebron. How he plays, his lack of social media presence, his general attitude. He's a throw back player and I love it.
What I love about Jokic is that he's an unselfish player. He is whatever the team needs him to be on any given night. If they need 30 points, he's got it covered. If Gordon and Murray are cooking and they need someone to facilitate, he's one of the best passing bigs of all time. If they need a rebounder, he'll put up 20+. He's basically a 6'11 Swiss Army knife and it's fun to watch. I sincerely think he could finish his career as a top 5 player if he keeps this up.
