    Thank you, Dr. Beautiful, I would deeply like to thank you for your wisdom that you share with us on TH-cam. It is very informative.
    I am a DIYer in beauty. And I did learn all my little tricks on TH-cam. Believe me I have had my ups and downs my crooked face my crooked lips so bad that I wouldn’t even go outside. So by finding your TH-cam channel has really put me back on track and helped me understand and respect aesthetics. Whenever I want good advice that I can trust. I straightly go to you. Thank you for your time and effort. And the time to teach us right from wrong in our journeys. Again I can’t express how appreciative I am for your education.
    Thank you and best regards, Gloria Larson

    So glad to have found your channel in helping me make an informed decision. I'm in my mid 40s and have been considering non-invasive treatments (sculptra, PRF) and surgery (lower face lifts, lip lift). Can you recommend any practioners in London?

    I'm slowly getting rid of my lip filler. There is a lot of migration and I no longer like my lips big😊

  • @charleneh8084
    @charleneh8084 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

    They do last forever.
    My friends and other women I know are so gullible! They don’t believe me when I tell them the filler stays in your face for years.
    I’ve even showed them the filler that’s migrated under my lower lip from 2 years ago. I’ve used hylauronidase twice to remove it but it’s still there. I’m so self conscious about it. It’s my fault for trusting my Dentist! 😞

    • @wem-c9f
      @wem-c9f 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      😔 Was it cos you had too much filler injected over time?

    • @charleneh8084
      @charleneh8084 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@wem-c9f Hi there,
      I actually had filler put in my lips yesterday for the 1st time in 2 years. Prior to that, I had my lips done 2 times. And not a lot of fillers either.

    • @wem-c9f
      @wem-c9f 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@charleneh8084 Hmmm ok then how much filler was put in 2 years ago May I ask? I have rather long full lips for my age but they feel dry and a little wrinkly. I had 0.5ml of Stylage M and L put in two weeks ago and wow i am loving my new lips, looking plump and don’t feel so dry now. But I do feel a little bump on the top left lip and can see it as well. It’s not that bad but I may get that dissolved. I am really scared of migration as well. Now that the filler has settled down my lips don’t look so plump compared to when freshly injected.
      I am really wondering if filler stretches skin. I mean most injectors say no. But it seems logical that it will over time, since it is capable of migrating!!! I hate the idea of dissolving it cos I know the dissolver isn’t cruelty free, it’s derived from animals whereas fillers are now derived form bacteria.
      I suppose it doesn’t really just depend on how many times filler are injected in but also the amount. The lips are a structure much like a balloon and if we over fill, migration will surely happen. Dan talks about that as well. 💖

      @@wem-c9f Hi,
      I couldn’t even tell you how much he put in. It wasn’t much. I do know he used Juviderm XC ultra and my body doesn’t want to let it go. I remember I had a lump of it, like he didn’t inject it properly.
      It’s stuck there and It’s integrated into my tissues : (
      Did you know there’s 8 kinds of Juviderm.
      I’ve been waiting for it to disintegrate but I won’t so I finally said screw it and I went to see an RN nurse injector yesterday who is also a trainer for fillers. She was fabulous, she told me the difference between the fillers and said using Juvéderm Volbella helps soften the vertical lip lines that we get as we age and really helps hydrates your lips. Plus it won’t last forever like the XC ultra ( at least in my case)
      I am so happy with the results,
      even though I still have a small lump under the left half of my bottom lip. I’m 45 and my lips looks 25 again : )
      It’s funny your the 2nd person to comment today about this,
      and I haven’t seen any comments before lol.

      @@charleneh8084 Ah I see. I always make it a point to get the info Eg the amount and what was put in for my own records. Especially this is my second nurse I have seen and I intend to stay with her. Yeah Dr Ben Talei is pretty negative about using Juvederm for lips. I heard Restylane and Stylage are good but Volbella as well. So glad that you are happy about the results. I am going to be very cautious about lip injections. I hear too many horror stories. I am 2 years older than you. 😃💖

    Hey doc, aprreciate the format, short snappy and very informative. Is Radiesse the same as Sculptra? As in creating scarring thereby volumizing or what is the difference between them. Thank you. I tried to find a Profound machine in Czechia. They are available for purchase but no clinic or doctor seems to be using it :(

    Is the collagen formed due to microneedling bad golagen? Thank you!

    • @petrichor100
      @petrichor100 ปีที่แล้ว

      I would think so because it is made in response to inflammation. I think it can potentially cause fibrosis if overdone. Also, I think young ppl that are doing it as a preventative measure are mislead. Bad collagen is only ok if the alternative is worse.

    So then what is happening to those of us who eat fillers in a couple of months? You’re saying the shape of my face is changing because it’s migrating? Where is it going? Before and after pictures show I look like I did before the filler.

    So confused, do you not recommend sculptra for say hollow temples? Is HA filler a better option? I'm new to this, just starting to do consults for filler. I was scared, now I'm more scared! Hard to know who's being truthful!! I'm a 46 year old female, an athlete, I have some temple hollowness, deepish tear troughs a bit of flat mid cheeks. I'm just interested in a bit of a boost, more refreshed, less gaunt. I was told that sculptra is best for temples? No?🤔
    I was recommend Restyline L or refyne for my undereyes and a bit of Dyfine for my cheeks. Bad idea?? 🤔

    • @wem-c9f
      @wem-c9f 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah I am surprised cos so far so many doctors are for Sculptra though it is not without potential issues such as nodules and unpredictable results. I had Juvederm Voluma done to both temples. It is good. I had Teosyal Redensity done to my under eye. Wow the result was instant and my under eye darkness and small eye bags gone!!! I am impressed!!! Even the ophthalmologist who did my lower blep could NOT solve my problem. The cosmetic nurse did!!!
