Yeah, like the diet and wellness industry isn't sneakily trying to get people into dieting but fast food companies do sneaky things that might affect your body, like increasing portion sizes over the years, or using ingredients that are terrible for you, like high fructose corn syrup or preservatives linked to cancr. I honestly don't know why they're not angrier at the junk food industry seeing as it was likely that particular industry helped make them the way they are, but that involves accepting reality. I think deep down they obviously love the junk food industry, it's the dealer who supplies the addict with what they crave. It's easier to whinge on Tiktok about how diet culture, rcism, sxism and class based discrimination blablabla is at fault, because then the blame is out of their hands and it's everyone elses problem. These folk can't accept accountability, if they accepted it was solely their fault and problem as adults, it is them who grossly overeats, and only them up can stop the cycle. The fast food industry is awful, far worse than the diet industry

eating more on ur period isn't an b.e.d, it's just u being hungrier because progesterone, a sex hormone, reaches its peak about one week before menstruation begins and stimulates appetite. having a binge eating disorder isn't a simple fix and u can be any size to have one

@@rubestar09 thank you for the kind words. ik eating more on ur period is normal, but i was binge eating to the point of being sick. i’m on the more lean side, and overeating during my period caused even more severe bloating, a lot of GI issues and so much pain. i suddenly look pregnant and the pain is almost unbearable if i keep eating. now that i can be aware and control it better my periods are less painful, the food you put into your body really affects the way you feel. again, i appreciate the non-hostile comment and agree with your words for the majority of people, but for me personally, it was very unhealthy levels of binging. a nice day to you too!!

If you're overweight and PT would most likely not even touch any machine for the first 2 or 3 sessions. They would get you do to basic exercises like lunges, squats, etc. because compared to skinny people you have more weight which requires more energy to move from point A to B.

@@Cool-Cat1this. I gained 100 lbs after starting a new medication. I got off it and went to a personal trainer to lose weight and to start exercising again. I wasn't even obese and he wanted me to start small so I can build up to machines as I couldn't exercise for a year because the medicine made me so tired. Thanks to him I lost over 50 lbs so far. No trainer would put a woman like her on a treadmill that fast. Also if she had an injury the trainer would be extremely cautious. Trainers push you but they don't do it if you really need to rest.

I am trying to lose it and it's really hard for me since I'm only 15 I hoped to grow it out and not eat but it's kinda working. Exactly, I can't imagine letting things get so out of control, I put on weight but I stopped eating tons of biscuits and sweets once reality hit I stopped. I'm not perfect, obviously I stumbled and relapsed into being greedy again on occasion but I broke the daily cycle of being sedentary and stuffing my face. I would sit eating whole packets of biscuits, or boxes of 4-6 donuts, and it was super depressing watching angry red stretch marks appear and my clothes quickly stopped fitting. It was a real eye opener when I went shopping for clothes a few months after eating like that, I felt ashamed when a UK size 18 was tight. I hadn't realised how bad I had gotten because my old clothes I wore daily had grew with me as they were elastic material. Then I would feel fear when I saw groups of teenagers in case they shouted about me being fat, this actually happened in a park one day and was so upsetting. Being fat is a truly miserable existence. I'm not where I want to be yet in terms of my body, I have started lifting weights and have really upped my protein intake while cutting sugar. I want to grow some bigger muscles. I feel sorry for these people to a certain point but it's hard to feel bad for someone who seems so resistant to 100+ years of medical knowledge that being so fat is bad. It's not like you suddenly wake up and realise you're 440lb, it happened over years

The” Non-Fats”, “skinny” or straight sized people are not the reason for your problems, you are the reason for your problems! It is not easy for them to admit that they don’t want to be accountable for their own bad habits because that means they have to take action which seems like something they are afraid to do, it’s easier to make excuses or blame others to justify their bad habits. We all can say losing weight is not easy, maintaining your progress is not easy and even eating “clean and healthy “ is not always easy especially when you have an eating disorder.

      It's called projection.
They attribute to others the attitude they have towards themselves, consciously or unconsciously. Because they don't love themselves, they don't feel good in their own skin either physically or emotionally. If that were true, they wouldn't have to shout it out to the whole world (or at least to the whole of TikTok) every day.
I have also been quite chubby, and I have also never felt any discrimination, or condemnation from strangers. Nor have I observed such an attitude towards other opulent people.

Definitely not mistreatment, but there’s definitely like a stigma around it. I’ve had multiple guys drop me after dates because of my weight. I only know this because after a third failed date where I thought things were going well I asked and he told me that I was a little bit bigger than he thought I was going to be… it kind of just clicked in my head. I honestly really appreciate him saying that because it was a wake up call… even tho it hurt a lil.
Other than that, day-to-day with my friends and just talking to random people through life, no one mistreats me, but dating is definitely harder. I’ve decided that I’m not going to be in a relationship until I better my physical appearance so I at least have somewhat of a chance.
You can’t really fault people for having preferences. And the preferences I have means that I need to change myself so I can cater to my preference with their preference. If that makes sense LOL. if I want a hot fit person to be with chances are, I also need to be hot and fit. 😂😂

But its almost as if they think being skinny is straight up skin and bones, so unless youre the size they are, youre unhealthy because youre too skiny.. like no, both extremes are bad, but being slightly skinnier and slightly bigger is totally okay, anything beyond in both ways is a concern for health, still shouldnt be socially cut off but yk what i mean

im so done with these people acting like just because we're skinny we're "FaT-pHoBiC" and btw "fat-phobia" isn't even real😒 the literal definition of "phobic" or "phobia" just mean an "immense or irrational fear" so yea if someone was "fat-phobic" that would mean that they were literally scared of fat- 😐like i know that body shaming is real because even skinny people get bullied and put down about their bodies. like people will really be saying that their "too skinny" or have an ED even when they don't and they just wanted to feel confident. So all these people are doing is trying to make themselves the victims and its really sad when i see people like this who are so brainwashed and mentally unstable 🙁i just hope that they'll realise that what they're doing is wrong and try to change for the better🙂

0:22 That's actually true. As a Slavic I can tell you that here is completely normal for 18-19+ year olds who are studying in university to live with their parents. If they live alone, it's most likely due to two reasons: 1. The university is in a different town
    2. The 18year old decided that themselves and wanted to be independent
That's mostly for students. If they want to work full time, they are more likely to live alone as they are financially stable.

A 5th year would have been on my dime, so I made sure to get out within 4 yrs! My parents came out and watched me graduate and as they were about to leave, my mom asked for her credit card back. In order to relocate 12 hrs away, I needed to keep a balance on my credit card for three months. After 3 months, everything was paid. I didn’t ask my parents for additional financial support to get started, i’m a big girl. I put my big girl pants on and took care of the situation. I have two sons in college at this very moment and they both are aware that this will also take place when they graduate.

Of course, in our country too, if you study or have a job in the same city where your family lives, it would be foolish to look for a separate residence(until you have your own family or partner). But most often young people already at the age of 16 go to study in another city and start an independent life purely in the context of the household and also a partially financially independent life. Rent apartments with friends or live in student dorms. Many also find a job where they can earn some money. This does not mean that family ties are broken, they just change their form.
