Both are accepted in many states just check official links for your state license and NCSBN website that what english proficiency required ,

Yes you need to check with the NCSBN for the official proceedings

No need for CGFNS

@@tayyabahanif4706 from where did graduate as an LPN? If it is valid in USA, you should apply through cgfns.... (check requirements online) if you want to apply other states than New York, if you want to apply to newyork state Board, you should apply directly to newyork state or ad of nursing ( check their website for details)
1st step credential evaluation by cgfns or by state Board or other commercial platforms such as WES
2nd step to get ATT authorization to test
3rd step pass your Nclex exam through Pearson vue
4th step get your license / apply job, get contract from employer in USA
5th visa
6th start working
