I cant get enough of listening to them, as I keep saying I think they are by any stretch of the imagination one of the best if not the best sounding modern diesel locomotives currently running on the British Network
My wife and I moved to Haddenham 2 years ago, for the first couple of weeks I kept running outside as the 68s sound just like radial engined historic aircraft.
Great video! Those 68s are lovely. I'd love to have a turn at the throttle of one of those. Here in the States pretty much all I ever drive are soulless General Electric dash 9s and Evos.
Well oddly enough I would love to have the opportunity to drive some of the American loco's because of the sheer power that they produce, but I'm glad you enjoyed watching this :)
Thanks for the closer look at that Titans Livery. The map in the Compass, such a nice touch. So much speed here Non-Stop! Keep up the night work if you can. Thanks again! B.P.
I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed the film and the close up look at Titan's livery and map, I have to admit considering that it wasn't in the greatest of lighting conditions I'm amazed it came out as well as it did. I'm hoping to get more night time filming done
The branch line to Aylesbury does come from Princess Risborough. Used to (maybe still does) have a class 121 bubble car on it acting a s a shuttle. Sorry if spelling is a little off.
I don't know why I was thinking that Aylesbury trains would come through here when I was looking at the layout of the line only a few hours before hand hahaha, I believe that the 121 has now been taken out of service sadly. However when I do go to Aylesbury I'm hoping to catch it still sitting outside the depot with any luck
it does look like a cracking station, some lovely sounding 68s as well, thoroughly enjoyed watching, up to the usual high standards, keep up the good work and a like from me as always Jarred, thanks for sharing with us
For my first time here I definitely wasn't disappointed, especially as I was it was filmed during the night so I wasn't overly sure how well it would come out. Especially seeing as I'm doing all of this on a tablet. I'm just glad to hear that your still enjoying my content and it really is greatly appreciated :)
Thanks very much I'm glad you enjoyed watching this :) I'm starting to enjoy filming at night the more I do it. As you say it gives off a nice atmosphere
Haddenham's OK, but this station has had some MAJOR renovations since I was last here! I think Aylesbury would be better done in the day, but hey, I've never been there so I'm judging my opinion on photos. I have been to this station once, about seven years ago.
Oh, and also, after the Chiltern Main Line I'd recommend trying the Brighton Main Line and try those little stations no-one cares about like Burgess Hill and Hassocks.
When I came here everything looked fairly new it has to be said, nothing was falling apart and it was fairly clean. Especially the main station building overlooking the station. I had my concerns about coming here when you told me about it not being well lit but it was better than I was expecting, when I go to Aylesbury it will be during the night however if it turns out to be a bust then I will come back there during the daylight hours over the course of the weekend
Well when I have looked at an overlay of the station you have a couple of branch lines, the main one that everyone knows of is the one that goes to Princess Risborough. The other one that people may not be overly aware of is the line that carries on through the station and heads towards Quainton, otherwise known as the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre. If you follow the line up you will see that it connects up to a long lost line that is currently in the stage of being rebuilt that will eventually link up to Bletchley. I didn't think there was a line that went up to Cheddington? As far as I'm aware that line never existed
I was always under the impression that people weren't allowed to film there, or at least when they have done they've almost been hiding the camera so they don't get caught. But if I can film there then I will give it a go at some stage, hopefully sometime next year with any luck
The only two London stations that will be coming out this year will be London Marylebone and Clapham Junction, I'm sure next year I will be focusing more attention on the London area
I think it all depends on the station really, I find that some would suit night time filming better than others, a notable example of this would be Princess Risborough when I go there. Because of the nature of the station I will have to go there during the day otherwise you wouldn't see anything x
Them 68s sound absolutely brutal! Cracking locos they're so good
I cant get enough of listening to them, as I keep saying I think they are by any stretch of the imagination one of the best if not the best sounding modern diesel locomotives currently running on the British Network

I loved coming here it was a great station to come to especially with the 68's thundering through

For sure, it came out great! The speeds alone are prime for night film, you still can catch a plane or two. Great job, always watching. B.P.

Both 121's got auctioned off and are now moved to somewhere else, They used be outside the depot with shunters but they aren't anymore

Good video again but when your next station is Aylesbury in the past there was an old line that goes to cheddington on the wcml

I did a timeline on Google earth back to 1945 and I saw the line before they build more Houses on top of the line
Do London Blackfriars (at peak 'cause at off-peak there is Thameslink only, on peak there is some services from SouthEastern)
I was always under the impression that people weren't allowed to film there, or at least when they have done they've almost been hiding the camera so they don't get caught. But if I can film there then I will give it a go at some stage, hopefully sometime next year with any luck
Tornado922 Oh. Any station in London will come out?
The only two London stations that will be coming out this year will be London Marylebone and Clapham Junction, I'm sure next year I will be focusing more attention on the London area
