@@leafaye11 it genuinely helps a lot because personally i have been spiralling into a restrictive mindset, but the way you explained how you felt like baking/consuming 'unhealthy' foods felt wrong when it shouldn't really helped me to confront those thoughts I didn't necessarily realise were actively harming me, so thank you :)

I rarely post comments but I really do appreciate you ever time you post I’m always excited to watch and see what’s next I do appreciate you talking about being vulnerable with your emotions I have a hard time expressing my feelings or how I’m feeling to others so that really made me think a bit (I also do struggle a bit with my mental health I’m trying to do better slowly but surely)

Listening to you talk about your ed means so much because i also have a complicated relationship with food, i have a disorder where i can not feel hungry for weeks at a time, so i have to force myself to eat and i end up having binges, and if i eat to much or something, i always get sick to my stomach and end up vomiting. Im also anemic and i try to get most of my iron from food, so i dont have the best relationship with food, and i usually always cook for everyone in my family and pretend i ate as to not worry anyone. Ive always wanted to leatn to bake but i feel like thag would make me personally feel worse because i dont want to be tempted to binge eating a bunch of sweets to the point where im sick to my stomach. So hearing you say that im not alone with my food struggles and my mental health issues really helped! i love your videos so much, so thank you for this. Your cookies and jewelry look amazing by the way!
Lea, thank you for sharing your struggles and emotions with us i always feel alone with mental struggles its like i am the only one who dealing all of this hard things my therapist always say that yes maybe theres nobody around you dealing with this stufs but youre not alone so many people around the world have same struggles with you and even though i know that sometimes i need to see i guess and its hard to open up bout that in the internet so thank you for sharing bravely im so glad

To léa and anyone else struggling with any eating disorders; I want to let you know that it gets better. I also had an eating disorder, and I'm still struggling with it till now, though it's less serious than before. As long as you are ready to take that first step to getting better, everything will work out. For me it was venting out my feelings to my sister and finally revealing to my parents about me losing my period(I was so scared lol); though I don't think they really understood how I felt, they tried their best to help and their words encouraged me. Some TH-cam influencers were also a huge help, and of course I have to give myself some credit too😗. Good luck on your mental health journey, and wish me luck too!
