Cats love to have a place of elevation that they can call their own and from which they can survey their domain, It helps them to feel secure. Placing it by the window is a great suggestion and would give him access to "Kitty TV." He'd probably spend hours there. Love these videos.

Yeah, I put fleece lined shelves in all my playroom windows. They compete with each other to lay on those. Cats love a good window with screen to look out. Hope he is an indoor only puss.
That is one NIFTY glowing alien mouse thingy! The whole kitty condo is well done. Lots of good scratching, and play area. Hopefully Laz will not eat the whole thing. Carpet fibres are so hard to get out from between your teeth.
I love how he LIVES to make that feathered mouse squeak. He's going to be so surprised when he finally realises there are other squeaky animals to play with.

Laz is such a happy boy. The best thing that ever happened to him was almost freezing to death, because that's what brought him to his furever family.
