Good load for the first load. We always had ours done by one of the farmers in our area. We just put it in a pit then covered the pit with some kind of tarps. I'm not sure about the cover as I was only 12 when they sold the farm. After Ruthie kind of got the hang of it she did good.
Just dump the silage on the ground then pack it and put your plastic over the top . Your going to be a month of Sundays fill it the way your going, but there's always a learning curve , good luck !!
I can see money is a problem for you but from what I see… this is an accident waiting to happen in many ways and the dad doesn’t care if he puts his kids in harms way and what is even worse is the mom is watching it happen and laughing about it just because she doesn’t want to do anything else but run the camera!!!! The daughter was under a lot of pressure when she could have been running the camera and the lazy mom could have been driving the truck!! The dad was more worried about keeping the trap pulled up under the truck rather than the kids being run over and or hit by the doors on the truck!!! Instead of laying the tarp on the ground and getting the kids out of the way!!!! This is one of the worst Chanel’s I’ve ever seen!!
Man this is awesome to see you will memories for the rest of your life and the kids will have stories to tell there kids. God bless you all
It was a good day on the farm, thankful for memories to make!

Trial and error farming for us, hopefully this will be good feed for the goats through the winter. Ruthie did so 👍 great
At 3:15 that hitch is bent and coming apart, plus the pin is too small. Some one is gonna get hurt messing with that halfass stuff.

Thanks for the tip, we'll definitely keep that in mind for next year.
I'm new on your channel, and I like farming videos . If you hold that door, shut, take a bungee cord, and put on it that holds it shut
We are still trying to figure out the best way to close that door, but thanks for the advice!
Gostei muito aqui no Ceará a gente trabalha muito com Valmet limpando capoeira 🪖
It’s awesome to see how people all over the world do things differently!
interesting
Your cutter seems to be leaving too much on the ground. Should be chopping right at ground level, leaving almost no stalk
The silage cutter is pretty old... Maybe the newer ones work better... But our goats will finish it off. Thanks for watching
