Damn you for resurrecting what had been a safely buried nightmare from my past! (JK)
I can't count how many Ramos Gin Fizzes I made while working as the Sunday Brunch bartender ALONE for a few years. It was a Reuben's Restaurant (that was back in one of my former lives!) That means that we had a huge weekly brunch crowd, AND a decent Sunday crew for NFL football. Murderous.
Worse, I truly believed that the ladies would order this just for the show. They would have been just as happy drowning in Mimosas and Bloody Marys like everybody else.
