I'm ever so glad to find this series. I have no problem at all with my dealer and have taken some classes with her. She's great. The machine, however, has been finicky - ie, does not connect to computer tho it's been back twice etc. So I just keep trying to plug along on my own. Right away first video and I learned things I didn't know. I will be a steady viewer! Thanks.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I've had my Ruby for a few years now and haven't used it that much because I have questions and don't have time to get to my dealer or take a class. I can watch these videos as time permits and lean how to use ALL the features of my Ruby. Can't thank you enough for these videos. I'm only on the 3rd video so far (starting from the beginning to make sure I don't miss anything) but will be watching ALL of them. Thank you again.
These videos are just wonderful!!!! I was going to sell my Ruby this week. I was so unhappy with my dealer and lost all interest in sewing and I had be sewing for years. I now Love my Ruby and will be telling all my friends about these videos. Thank you, Thank you, Myra

I try to wind my bobbin but when I engage the bobbin winder display nothing shows on the screen. Is there a way to get it to show or perhaps a way to get around it?
Thank God for these videos because our local Viking dealer is just worthless. All we get are rude remarks and the run around. We have three machines and didn't even get the walking foot or manuals with our Epic.
