Not sure exactly what you mean, but there are a lot of versions of this floating around out there. I was not totally sure where the “One” of the eight-beat Sangban phrase hit, as it is different in different TH-cam videos,(and I lost the recording of when I learned it in Conakry way back in 2005) but I based my version (muffled hit on “three”) off of the solo phrasing, echauffements, and breaks in this BK video: th-cam.com/video/yxqio7RywRU/w-d-xo.html Anyone who really knows this rhythm feel free to chime in!
