As of now the only link i seen between the two is if you build an api and deploy it to an AWS server (i.e S3), while in the cliente side (flutter) use de http library to do the CRUD. However.... products like AWS Cognito and AWS Amplify will probably be flutter-compatible in the near future, specially Amplify which is already compatible with Reactive Native . you'll need to use Geolocator plugin to get current location data and work based on that.
