I am having an event today at our church. My husband and I lead a small life group. I like to do a women's event in the fall and spring. Today is our spring event. Today we are doing a soup salad brunch we are doing a friendship video on nursing relationships then we will be drawing one name and will make a card for that person. We have card stock little packets for each one to do that. We are doing a cake walk for a game with prizes. It will be awesome we are abundent life church in Sandy Oregon.

We have an annual women's fellowship called My BFF luncheon. We book a beautiful restaurant, have raffles, gift giveaways, a speaker with a motivational subject. It ministers to someone who may not be saved and/or going to church. We always sell out and the women are always ministered to. Sisterhood, fellowship, fun and gifts.

I am thinking about starting my own book club online and in person. I been thinking about doing this for years now and I enjoy thinking about it. I had a dream that I started my own book club and I was making a lot of money by doing this kind of business and ministry. But I am grateful for your advice.

I'm one of many women's team leaders at our church. My team are all from out of town from across the U.S. This is a challenge to find activities to do. Any ideas on what we could do like on Zoom. Or what to send thats inspirational that keeps us connected? Any ideas?

Hi I love your ideas. I'm having a situation with some of the teenage girls in church. I'm a youth leader and recently some girls stopped talking to each other and they are ignoring each other at church and school. I'm not exactly sure what's going on but I want go really get them talking again and im looking for an activity to help them be friends again. Do you have any ideas?

As a youth leader myself, I understand your dilemma.
Pray for them behind closed doors.
Don't try to force the issue, instead have all the children join in on a game which I like to call the personal game😁
I take a flash cards and write random questions, funny, thought provoking, challenging, personal questions.
As the children take turns pulling cards and sharing their answers it gives them a chance to express themselves and share a part of themselves otherwise they would've never shared under normal circumstances.
It also gives the other children a different perspective of their peers. They become more comfortable, relatable, understanding, and unified ❤️
      I pray this helps

Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior is coming very soon. Please repent and preach the Gospel before it's too late. God bless you all. "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through him." John 3:16-17 "Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life." 1 John 5:1

All of you experienced and educated "Leaders" need to wake up to the clear and ever increasing issue in our Churches, in our Veteran Organizations, In our Ministries, and in our Charitable organizations and civil services, like Senior Centers and Homeless shelters. No one on the internet or social media is addressing the biggest problem - THERE ARE NO LEADERS TO BE FOUND! No one wants to nominate themselves to become a leader. We have lost individual bodies that have the skill or desire to LEAD. Our organizations are closing down: American Legion Chapters, Knights of Columbus Councils, Ministries like Church Men's Clubs and Ladies Guild, etc. Less people are going to Church, our long-time leaders and elders with leadership skills are dying off or have health disabilities that preclude them from working within these organization anymore. NO ONE IS ADDRESSING THIS PROBLEM !!!! Forget about presenting your programs that want to educate Leaders, teaching better leadership skills. We NEED our educators to ADRESS....Instead, the disappearance of Leaders in this new world we live in post pandemic. Do me a favor....go on Google or TH-cam or other social media services.....no one is addressing this problem we now face. I am done
