I am a revert, and I do struggle with salah 5 times a day, but I pray to Allah to make me stronger. Remembering Fatihah is also a challenge, but I will have it memorized soon, Inshallah. The Brothers at the Masjid help keep me motivated.

I was once in your position with same emotion & reaction. So, I know how it feels and what you're going through. Many today are Muslims or are Christians because they were born into 'em. Unlike me, I was born into a family with mixed faith. I did a few personal research and I prayed to God for guidance. Today, Alhamdulillah; Allah (SWT) guided me to the fold of Islam and sincerely, I'm more than happy. I pray to Allah for more steadfastness in this way of truth. So Sister, I pray that Allah Sub'anahu Wata'allah guide you aright too, just as He guided me and many around the globe, In Sha Allah.

I was in the same position dear sister and year ago I was stressed I did research to all religions what they believe in what they practise then I prayed to God crying biterlly and asked him to guide me to the right path....alhamdullilah am now a muslim take salah,duas,ramadhan and everything in islam ...right now am practicing to recite the holy Quran and I thank God for that I found peace

I'm in a similar position. I've been practicing Buddhism for many years but am slowly waking up to the realisation that I believe in God. I too like the structure of Islam. But still have many questions. May God guide us.
May Allah guide us to the truth and keep us firm upon it until we return to Him, ameen 🤲 fortify yourselves with knowledge. Indeed, the first verse revealed was not “Believe!” but rather it was “Read!” Open hearts, open minds, open books. 📚 I highly recommend the channels “Scholarly Subtitles” (direct Arabic lectures with English subtitles), “Best Lectures” (English audio lectures with photos of nature as background) and “Muhammad Tim Humble” (esp his kids’ classes). hello sister, i am 17 and i born muslim but i was never a religious person and didnt really know islam well and i kinda left islam because i didnt really searched islam enough. There was a time i was being depressed and i wanted to end everything and then i prayed to god to guide me but i never felt that god was hearing me and i remember as a kid i went to my favorite bridge to end it all and surprisingly there was a renewal that day on that specific bridge, and i took that as a sign and started to search for god, i read bible, quran and searched other religouns and i reverted to islam, i am muslim now :) i like that you look for the truth, and i beleive that whoever looks for the truth will find it ♥ peace.
Sister ,you will find aii in the book you are reading & that is part of the Journey to paradise where you will see Allah and hear his voice on the day of kiyama.

Salam sister, I was borned Christian, I reverted to islam 40 yes ago. The more I learn about Islam the. More glad I get I chosed slam, islam is christal clear islam is not complicated as the trinity. As of today I have no idea why Allah chosed me to be a muslim. But I feel very blessed about it. Allah has choosen you because he knows your noble kind heart, now that you know the truth do not let it go. No one is born Christian everyone is born a sinners, now you might be raised in a Christian home and attend a Christian church. But none of that makes you a Christian, Jesus said to a religious Jew you must be born again. Born of the water and the Spirit of God. It a spiritual birth of repenting of your sins (wrong doing) and receiving God's Spirit.

Hello Cece, I just listened to your experience and I was overwhelmed with your thoughtfulness and searching for truth. Something sparked my mind when you thought or said may be God wasn't responding to your prayers. You know in Islam we are 100% believe that know tears shed by the creations that are not noticed by Almighty Allah, He is the most Merciful, when he delays an answer to a believers' requests for certain reasons, He NEVER forsaken His creations. Be steadfast in your prayers and even if you don't know any Surah in the Quran to recite or read, try and read surah Al faatiah, it's the first chapter of the Quran. MAY Almighty Allah in His infinite Mercy bestow it on you and everyone of us... Aameen

The seeking of truth takes time but in all I will actually want you to seek the light as you approached this path, the fact that you are at that valley where all you see is yourself and what surrounds you, doesn't state that there is no substance that stands apart from those circumstance you are faced with. Do not allow any seed of hatred to germinate during this period. I will pray to my Father in Jesus name, that you find inner peace and know him in His true identity.

Dear sister, I just started following your channel few weeks ago. Although I hardly comment on reactions like this but I feel your sincerity. How I wanna tell you've actually received the sign you're yearning for but unnoticed. You know your persistent inclination towards a strange thing could also mean a sign of a thing you should do or way to follow. I just pray Lord of the worlds guide you aright. Honestly the day i watched your reaction towards suratul Maryam, i found myself crying as if it's a strange word to me and that has got me started downloading video recitation and translation of Quran. Even though I have the soft copy and the Inscribed text listening to or watching it gives me much inclination towards Allah. God bless you and guide you aright.
Though I am not Muslim, you are on a straight path, take that leap. You won't be disappointed, and your faith will be tested, but God will show you signs needed in your time of need. He has given them to you slowly as to not overwhelm you, but to give you time to contemplate, evaluate and show you He is really there for you. The Muslim community is tight and will help you along the way. Take your oath, I think you are ready to accept this path given and shown to you.

I resonate with your search and brokenness; i had a similar experience at a point in Christianity and as a Pastor's kid, but God came through for me; i had an encounter that proved Christ Jesus as THE ONLY (not a way or another) WAY to the true God! If the cross is revealed to you (which even when it happened, some soldiers were bribed to say it never did (MATTHEW 28:11-15, John 14:6) then the distinction between Christianity and Islam would be very clear to you! This is one key difference...about the only aignificant difference; it delivered us from the law (rules and regulations) into grace, through Christ; the cross terminates the carnal nature that weaken the power of the law (Rom 6:1-11, 8). Good works and dedication to "religion" in themselves CANNOT SAVE ANYONE; people could be very dedicated to the eyes of men but COMPROMISING in the secret?? My sister, encounter with Christ and having a personal relationship with Him...(not in rules and regulations)...is your way out!! The attempts over the years to deny Christ's crucifixion is the ploy of the kingdom of darkness...but they come way too late; history don't lie; it happened and was documented;...He died, was buried and he rose again...met with people...and is to come again for His true Church!! Side note, yes read Quran from front the try to memorize starting with shorter or easier Surah first so you retain the wisdom and InshaAllah you’ll memorize it all

I has such deep love and respect for people who are true and honest with themselves. Girl, don't cry, your efforts led you here, god opens the heart of people that deserve it, he knows what's in our hearts and rewards us accordingly, nothing to cry over, you should be proud, people who don't make efforts won't get rewards. And the more efforts you make the more knowledge you have and the more god loves you and ironcally the more he will test you, give you challenges and see how you would react.
Hi ceeci! Hope you're doing fine? First, I must commend you for doing this and sharing to the world, its not scripted and its so pure and genuine.
To be honest, I personally can relate to your struggles. I know how you feel. One thing I want you to know right now is that, you're not alone in this struggle, God is with you, be patient, his timing might not be same as yours, but his timing is perfect.
Same way you never taught u were gonna meet someone that gave you a Quran right there when you were telling your friend to get you one.
I appreciate the fact that you're going tru both the Bible and the Quran. It shows you're not doing this from a biased bases. And I pray God grants you that guidance. You see, growing up, I used to wonder why there are different religion on earth. And if God created everything, why didn't he just let everyone do same religion. Trust me, I still haven't had a concrete answer but what I hold dear to myself till this very moment is that, first, God exist and he's in control of all his creatures.
In my quest to learn more about God, I started learning more about Islam and Christianity. I realised both religion were exactly the same, in fact Christianity is still referenced in the Quran. The stories are same, the timing are same, where the little change came was the Crucifixion and all that happened after.
Dear sister, my advice to you in finding the true guidance, don't stop praying to God, and remain patient. His timing is just perfect.

I prayed few days ago that God direct me , because I just reverted and need guidance and here you are.

I've been where you been before with a lot of questions without answer.I did convert to Islam in some point by following my emotions but Jesus brought me back to Christianity. don't let your emotions control you.Jesus is the only way.he is not coming back for no reason and they know that.you need a real connection with him and you will get the answer you're looking for.may God bless you

Sister your story is just similar to mine, you know, I was very confused especially on this aspect of Trinity. Then just like you I was praying to God because my Bible told me to pray without season and also that anyone who ask will receive. Then I now make a decision to find out the truth. It is a long story though but I will try to make it short . I started watching Muslim preaching,tick tock , and especially debate on Jesus not being a God but rather a Holly massenger and I was just focused on Muslim teaching about Jesus then an idea came to me that I should also be listening to Christian preaching on Trinity and who Jesus really is then I started watching Muslim and Christian preaching and teaching about all that and I found the truth and believe me the truth has set me free indeed because the Bible says that His thought is not our thoughts and His ways is not our ways , I just needed to be still and know that He is God the story is very long just as I said so sister I will leave you with this pray for the Holly spirit to guide you because He is the only one that can guide you to the truth not our humanly thinking and wisdom remember also that you are a sheep in the midst of wolf's and also all that glitter is not gold God bless you

God described your condition well in the Qur’an clearly in this verse, (260) And [mention] when Abraham said, "My Lord, show me how You give life to the dead." [Allah] said, "Have you not believed?" He said, "Yes, but [I ask] only that my heart may be satisfied." [Allah] said, "Take four birds and commit them to yourself. Then [after slaughtering them] put on each hill a portion of them; then call them - they will come [flying] to you in haste. And know that Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise." Sura Al-baqara.
that's mean you simply can't ask Allah for what you like to happen only what Allah wants. and to be honest his signs are everywhere you just need to open your heart to believe in it from Allah
