I actually bought this light because of your review. It is an excellent worklight - the strong magnet and adjustable colour temperature are used all the time and the battery life is good relative to the brightness.k The red light should be on the back to actually be useful as a safety light.
I bought this light and I love it! I will say though, you do not get 1500 Lumens for 5.5 hours. It steps down to around 900 Lumens after 7 or 8 minutes. If you switch it off and activate turbo again, you won't get 1500 Lumens, you'll get about 1000 before it steps down again after 3 or 4 minutes. Run time + Lumens = greatly exaggerated.
I've had mine for about a week and the build quality is phenomenal and would be an excellent light for a plumber or mechanic because it feels like it could survive just about anything. I do not like the buttons at all. They can be awkward to press and the loud clicks are annoying. I'm sure they designed them to avoid accidental activation, but I would much prefer flush rubber buttons like the other unit shown in the video and offer a lockout feature. When I used it to charge my Flip 5 it showed it was fast charging so the power bank feature will come in handy.
Hej Todderbert thanks for the review wow very nice camping light or work light i think this light from Klarus would be perfect for me when I work outside in the dark and yes also when I'm on the go take care and have a pleasant day.

"Todderbert Dishes the dirt on the MOST AWESOME Flashlights and Radios"....cheers mate (NZ Sub)
Thanks Nigel.
The flashing red light for when your working on the car is a good feature for a power bank light to have.

I don't need one but I want one! 😀
Would it be better if the red light faced the opposite direction to the main light ?
If you connect an external powerbank to it, will it work as lighting and charge at the same time?
All Light Modes are Available While Charging.
That's different. Or, I've never googled "work light".
