    Love and appreciate your videos almost daily. Also really appreciated your transparency on this one when you said "I'll be honest with you, I did not enjoy that."     I finally got my shoulders off the ground in the bridge! 💪 Going back through your old workouts...this one got me to a new place...lots of freedom in movement now!

I've been following your videos for a while now so firstly let me say thank you for all that you're doing! Not sure what exactly was so enjoyable about this one, just a nice mix perhaps, definitely appreciated a somewhat shorter warm up too!

    Hey man, absolutely loved this one. Was exactly what I needed today. I was sore before I began, and it's this weird thing, everytime I move, I feel the soreness evaporate.
