Speaks volumes on the level of focus they both had regardless of the "distance marriage" when her husband had to return home and the challenges of being out there alone. Most importantly, her accountability partner and husband who made things happen. That is trust at another level.Kudos to the husband, the watchdog as she called him in her final remarks. My takeaway is "make your paradise wherever you are and the time is now as tomorrow could be too late. Then for diasporans wanting tp invest back home, know who you are dealing with, the location, shop around, see the surrounding neighbourhood,do your due diligence , save. She also provides an assurance that what she did is doable, take it little by little..." Oh Yes, the building is beautiful.
