    Good video my grandfather had a super major with power steering i learned how to drive on it great old machine hope to get one myself some time

      Thank you , did it have a loader? Not that many paid extra for power steering really. Happens to be JCB fitted them standard with such a heavy loader/big capacity bucket

      @@arwelagrimachinery yes it had a trip loader power steering and a pick up hitch plus an under swept exhaust he bought it new from Irish road motors in may 1961 I still have the tax book and owners manual all I need is a tractor to go with it🙂

      @paulthompson8467 the under swept exhaust would be something quite rare on a later Agricultural major , they did fit them onto industrial ones , guess it was for low sheds

      @@arwelagrimachinery we had laying hens and the shed was bedded with shavings and sawdust and the doorway was very low plus we had an indoor silo which we filled with the major only downside was sometimes the exhaust fumes would come up around you 😷

      ​@paulthompson8467 grandad said that they had a early MF65 new that came with a down sweped , soon converted to ordinary exhaust as it fumigated the workers on the Fergie potato planter 🤣
