Why do so many of the lights inside the shops flicker? They seem to do that on all the walking tours I've seen on TH-cam. I've visited in Europe for real and not any of the lights or electronic signs flickered.
@@Vorgewandert Flicker reduction setting? Thought all the lights were steady and did not need flicker reduction"-the lights are steady and continuous to the eyes.

I guess it is due to a wrong "flicker-reduction" setting on my side when exporting the videos...
