utau and voca versions are both the high pitched cutesy voice but utau sounds more unique and voca is more generic. the garageband one is completely different
The voice provider is a professional seiyuu and singer. Synthesizing the voice for vocaloid program was a good choice, as many fans of Ikezawa Haruna will buy it as well.
