I think Bill nailed it with the Miami point. It is logo and Cam Ward, who to his credit, has made some spectacular plays. And given their schedule/conference, they may go undefeated and win the ACC. So, they may be locked in at the top of the rankings. Gotta accept that one and move on.
Really enjoyed Steven. Glad I discovered him. That being said, this is the worst six year stretch of West Virginia football in more than 50 years. We are 1 of only 3 P4 teams that haven’t appeared in the AP Top 25 since 2019. That’s below the standard that WVU football has been playing at since its inception. Even Dana was getting ranked every year at some point and had WVU relevant on the national stage. That has been lost under Brown.
