Thank you for the introduction to Haiper. Just checked it out. Much better video generation than other generators. I have only tried the text-to-video, but I was blown away by the quality. You can really get some nice effects with the watercolor style. 4 seconds is enough if you are editing a short video and need a quick filler. cant wait to see how sora is!

Thank you very much for your comment. Indeed it is kind slow but i am sure it will change in the future. It is much faster than traditional ways to generate a video and the quality is not quite good for Hollywood movies :). I am sure it will improve a lot.
This is what we call in Scotland a 'daft laddie' comment. If you create a 2 second clip is it possible to grab the last frame of that clip and make it the first frame of a subsequent clip, so that you can extend a theme more or less indefinitely?

Hey @RexLastbooks-hg5hm, you're absolutely right! You can indeed use the last frame of one clip as the starting frame of the next to maintain a seamless theme.
I've used Heifer to stitch some animation together of someone speaking.At 2 seconds it's not enough as it jerks from one animation to the next
I am sure they will increase the duration of the video soon.

I do not understand how the internet bandwidth will affect video generation. The video cards are already very powerful to generate such videos, and from what I saw, the video size is not so big because the resolution is not big yet. We have to wait to see what will happen. Thank you for your reply.

It's Nothing front of Sora
We do not have access to SORA yet. I have already asked for a review account. If I get access, i will immediately make a video to make a comparison.
So it's nothing like Sora. It's just another text to AI video generator limited to a few seconds of minor weird movement.
This is a short audiobook I uploaded to TH-cam using some of the Haiper animations. Driving a vehicle in the rain worked well early on when stitched together as did a thunder and lightning scene, but later a prisoner in an orange jumpsuit talking it's too jerky with the short time span when stitched together, If this is not allowed, then delete the link. th-cam.com/video/vwAZCsD7grc/w-d-xo.html
Hi @declanconner9360 It is no problem if you post the links. It's great seeing you experiment with Haiper for storytelling. Transitions can be tricky; maybe tweaking the timeframes could smooth things out. Keep up the creativity, and linking to relevant content here is fine!

I am confident that extending the duration beyond two seconds will be considered by this company in the future. If you're experiencing difficulties on an iPad, I recommend experimenting with a different browser to see if that resolves the issue. I encountered a similar problem once and found that using an alternative browser was an effective solution.
Why would I be jealous. I have watched so many videos on these topics and tested every one of them and none are upto the mark. Yt Creators are just making a hype out of nothing, especially video generations.

I agree to a degree. This is still very early, but the current video generators aren’t putting out what I would call…usable footage. SORA’s demo looked like a it was refined, this type of generator is basically just a cinemegraph creator. The best I’ve seen out there is a using ComfyUI to generate some Studio Ghibli type animations. I think we’re still too early, but AI’s growth is so exponential that this “proof of concept” will be ready very soon I’m sure.

Yes. Until they launch we can forget it.
All these videos are waste of time, just posted because the ai topic is trending and all creators want to bake some views out of it, whether works or not. It’s waste for video generation. Haiper does not work well, it’s slow and waste. All text to video is waste at present. Only text to image work but all free subscription are not worth because of low quality images etc
The same was also true with text-to-image one year ago. I remember at the beginning when i used MJ. It took 3 minutes for a crapy image. In a few months you will change your mind. We need to learn these skills now
