Pro TIP: Finish ALL the tiles and grout ASAP.. Otherwise they will continue cracking.. The grout gives the floor strength and ties it all together

See the grooves on the back of the tiles? You don't need to back butter those, you could save yourselves time and money. If you were doing wall tiles, you would back butter them. Just FYI, you're doing great!

Freddie if you cover your potato plants with soil, they will produce more potatoes, basically as you see the leaves come through the soil you put another layer of soil on, it gives you a better crop, and longer supply

You might need to move the coop closer to the house and change the kind of electric fence to tensile single strand. The net is no barrier at all to a big cat. And if your basil is still alive, dig it out and put it in a pot, and put it on your 2nd floor deck.. see if it does better there. It is a warm weather plant. I likes being planted with tomatoes and doesn't like being with a lot of other plants. You can look up "companion planting" to get some ideas.
The chickens are not Rodrigo's chickens...he just help's take care of them when the land owners are away.
I think you should switch the living room with the dining room. I just feel like you would have more room. Keep things as they are for the time being but switch it when things are done

You need to make sure you grout the tiles that you have laid in the next couple of days. It will help to stop the chipping and also, dust and dirt doesn’t get caught between the tiles ❤
Guys, you should build a deck on the other side of your house, past the sliding glass door, with strong foundations to hold weight, then on top of it you should build a jacuzzi or something else.

You need to have a “finish the tile” party. It needs to all get done at once. I know it’s boring, but dirt is collecting in between the ungrouted tiles. I hope you are going for a darker grout to hide the dirt of the farm. Everything is looking really good though! I can’t wait to see it with some rugs. I have OCD really bad and strangely that tile being off doesn’t bother me, but the beams being different heights (I think), if I saw right in the shot of it, that would drive me mad. Tiles must be grouted a day or so after they are laid, otherwise all your work will be for nought, a waste of time, energy and money. Much as it gives you content to lay the tiles, you must grout. Finishing a job is just as satisfying for you as it is for us the viewers. And you have a lot of projects that you started and left, and that includes the exterior of your house. Trim it out and call it complete.

The zucchini should also have string to grow up on. You can train them to also attach to the wood beams. You should have a very large harvest by using this method. "Boss of the Swamp" has videos of his vertical zucchini and harvests.

Yes, I have experienced getting out of bed and stepping on a dead mouse, courtesy of my cat, Dakota. She also used to catch mice and voles in the yard and then sit under my lawn chair and chomp down on the head - crunch, crunch. Loved her dearly and miss her still.
Tile work takes time to learn. My friend used to do pro tile work. She made a fortune repairing rich peoples homes broken pool tiles in Malibu Beach area in California back in the 70s😂❤ Nice Greenhouse!!! You can just pick lettuce a certain way that the base keeps growing back new lettuce all season. Swiss Chard can grow huge with good fertilizer and it's full of flavor and good vitamins!! I like to make egg salad with lots of pickles and make egg salad rolls with Swiss chard " lights" it's the seed you buy that makes all rainbow colors of the Swiss chard leafs. Bannana ( yellow) Watermelon (pink) Rubarb (red) and regular ( green) Did miss all the animals😮

A little tip to help your lettuce and carrots grow bigger and stronger is to thin them out. You can pick all the small lettuce plants (so tender and yummy in salads!) and leave 2 or so in each cluster.
And definitely thin out the carrots regularly, since they will just grow tiny roots and not big full carrots if they don't have the space. I usually nibble on the little tiny carrots as I thin them out, and if you want you can eat the green leafy part of the carrots in salads:)
Our Cat just brought in a baby bird a couple days ago, and our other cat brought in a gecko last week. They were like here you go, Merry Xmas, lol

2 to 3 days. I've laid probably over a 100.000 tile in my life and i can only lay a Job in 2 to 3 days. First day i lay the field. Second day i lay the cut's. Third day is the grout.
Someone here said you should redo the bathroom door so it swings inside, not out. I don't think it's necessary BUT IF you intend to do something crazy as a redo, convert the existing door into a sliding barn door so it doesn't take up real estate. Hardware kits can be obtaied from Temu or Amazon.

I think you should re-paint the living room metal back to black. That small space is too busy. The black metal and natural wood color with your light furniture in the living room is beautiful together and all it needs.
