I have to give it to a female for displaying how much grease fits into those bearings. Ive never seen anyone actually pack one. Im nkt buying a device for it but 👍
So like am I the only one that doesn’t clean their rotors before install bc the low flash point oil that they put on them is burnt in the first like 5 mins of driving?
I’m a mechanic of just 23 years. Good for her doing her own work. But way too much grease was used on the spindle and bearings. It will Cause the bearing to overheat. The grease will liquify and potentially leak on the surface of the rotor. And the use of anti seize on the bearing race ?
25 years ago I showed up at a Nissan dealership, to be a Collision tech. And they were throwing all the parts of those cars away. They had security guards, posted at the dumpsters. To make sure they all went in the trash..... And stayed there!
You’re not supposed to grease the spindle if the inner race spins around the spindle you’re gonna have problems a bit of antiseize would of been a better choice there so the bearing doesn’t get stuck to the spindle in the future
Was thinking same thing never heard of that!! Also never seen anyone grease both sides of the grease seal, that's meant to keep grease from coming out and slinging everywhere!!! Idk just my opinion, only 25 year tech so what do I know!!!😅
She greased that spindle tooooo good just like a pro with the wrist flick
I was expecting more down bad comments, I'm surprised there aren't any
@@skyler9988because she’s not on of or even attractive looks wise.

That’s a TREMENDOUS BIG BRAKE KIT you got there! 😮
Noiceeeeee. I need to replace the rotors on my bbk after 13 years. 💀
A big brake kit is always a good idea. Often people add power but have inadequate brakes.
I love the way you lubed that shaft
chill this isn’t the hub
@noahhughes1433 the hub is illegal in texas sooooo
@@RedneckThor1969not with a VPN 😅

@@RedneckThor1969W texas
All my years, I haven't used a torque wrench on the hub shaft nut.
It’s the anti-seize in the bearing that got me lol
@@matteo3893thought I misheard that also
Yeahhhh that Z is gonna need them big brakes. Can't wait to see more content on this project!😊
Is it just me or is the freeze so satisfying
Should have done a 5 stud conversion.
No safety wire on the brake hat to rotor bolts.. i wired mine on my willwood big brake kit.. it helps me feel better about them being 2 peices..
back in 2017-2019 i loved your brothers videos now love yours
Youll make a great man happy one day, beautiful and into cars wow
Looks great, I'm exited to see how the car turns out
Should’ve put a ford 5 stud on there while you were there 15in modgies on that’ll look sick!!!
I've never seen anti seize used in wheel hubs, is this normal practice?
this sounds like faye
nice work 💪👌
Who remembers using their hands to pack grease???

Sounds like she’s just reading off a wiki-how
Videos are getting clearer about automotive stuff I see what your mission is.
Do a burnout in 3 cars in a short with Adam lz for a video ?

Don't forget to regrease those bearings after a few hundred miles so you won't have to do it again for at least 50k
Who tf told you to use antisieze on bearings
her little boyfriend :)

So dumb question for you is it a datsun 280z or a nissan
Yes. In Japan, it was a Nissan Fairlady in America it was a Datsun.
@joserosales8421 no it's not. Not even close it was actually more common to find a fairlady in the states and a Datsun in japan
You're obviously a great mechanic
