OP's parents thought they were getting rid of their unwanted child, doing themselves a favor. Turns out, it was the best thing for OP. Keep living your best life, OP! BTW. I noticed the recording volume is louder. Much better!

Dad wanted to play football in his future. Dads problem was he could not control himself is the only reason he was not a football player. You are probably better off without all his love as you received better from your grandparents.

Title story I would had gotten the cops fired for illegaly kicking me out they had no legal rights to do that

How incompetent can the cops be? First off, cops shouldn't immediately believe the caller. They need to get each party's version of events separately and then compare notes with their partner. When it becomes evident that both claim the home, the next step is to ask for each person's ID cards. The current residence address is listed on an ID. If Mark's ID has been updated, that would mean that both OP and Mark will have the same address. Now the cops have to talk to the apartment manager or ask OP and Mark to present their lease. Obviously only OP's name should be on the lease for the apartment. How do you f' this up? I'm not a cop but I don't need to learn laws to problem solve this crap.

@@darklightmagus1222 too much work. Easier to just declare it a "civil matter" and leave it to the courts.

The story with Mark and the apartment: If OP had just gotten back from out of the US, wouldn’t they have their ID and passport with their address?? Like, how would the cops not believe them? This story is just weird and full of holes.

I have trouble believing the story with Mark as just calling up the landlord would solve everything as Mark wouldn't have been able to change the name on the lease, or if OP owned the apartment, have the title deed inspected and look at for forgery.
Also their IDs could have been checked and it would have been noted that Mark's ID was newer if he did change it.

A person can use the situation to Inspire and motivate and Not let the same happen to yourself or kids or you can let it beat you down and use it as an Excuse to be a "Victim" the easy way out.
Both myself and my Father-in-law were "Emancipated Minors" as we left home in our mid teens while still in High School. It made both os us work harder and each of us became small business owners knowing Hard work, dedication and perseverance would pay off.

To the young man in the last story. GOD BLESS your Grandparents for raising you right. To me, you did everything right. It sad your "mother & father" are the way they are. Not your fault. GOD has a way of helping people find their way. You will meet the right girl when you least expect to. Keep on being the good man your grandparents raised.

People who blame the child that they created are so disgusting. They had the jollies, the child did nothing, only came into existence through their direct actions. This was their consequences, biting them back. If they were always going to resent the proof of their actions, they should have given him away a lot earlier. That is why everyone who hears about this, calls them lousy parents. They are to blame, and only them. They would have been fine if he never existed, but cannot take responsibility for their own actions. Grow up.

I'm not sure why, in the title story, after getting your apartment back, you wouldn't have been there with the police monitoring him as he packed up and left your apartment and then gotten your locks changed again. He had the keys to your apartment, and he likely made copies. Why would you trust him at all to not have spares to your place after that betrayal?

Mark - it's my apartment. He is a squatter.
    Police - prove it OP.
OP - Here's my driver's license with the address on it. Here's my lease agreement with my name on it. Here are my neighbors who remember me. Here's months of texts between me and Mark including the plan to watch my apartment. Anything else?
Police - Mark, you're under arrest.
Story done. Come on, even teenagers know better than this pile of BS. Do better.
