I agree, and the way they handled EVERYTHING, "OFF" stage, smacked of "we are real, just like you, come sit here and tell me what you think of this 'riff' ". Just a great band, with a loyal , LOYAL fan-base,that would have had their year or so as a "Super- Group", had it not all ended much too soon. Tom "Commanded your' respect the 1st minute he met cha", then he'd spend as long as it took, "EARNING IT"! Nikki Sixx wanted to fight everyone in sight, because he had an ear-ache........ (Old Civic Arena - Pittsburgh, PA), Tom stands up and says, " If we do this, it's you & me 1st, because I'll be damned if all these effing people, who paid there hard earned $$$ to be here, are gonna go home thinking 'I'M an asshole, because Nikki effing Sixx had an earache!" Nikki was coming forward, bottle of clear liquor in hand, stumbling over his long overcoat, and got to within 20 feet of Tom, when some BIG MEN, with biker style Crue jackets on, MADE SURE, he did not get any closer. There was a heated exchange, and Tom kept telling him to go to his room, over & over, until Nikki drained the liquor over a smallish gals head, & left shouting obscenities, holding his ear like a bitch! "Effing rock stars...... I efing hate rock stars"! were the last words I heard Tom say. He listened to people talk about the whole thing, winked at some of us, signed a few mags, posters, and a few breasts, and mumbled the whole time. He was cool, but classy, EVERY TIME I ever made it back stage. Gimmick he was not, a real artist, with real tunes from real life. I truly miss those days!
They need to be in the rock n roll hall of fame, especially the voice. Could you imagine how far they'd go if his voice wasnt paralyzed? I think he would have evolved with the times/eras and put out accordingly the whole time
The girls run right past Cinderella.. just to embrace Bon Jovi. Funny they could make fun of themselves! The 80's & all that METAL. So, so, so sad it's gone now. We need a renaissance, it was so fun. First concert I attended was DL in 87' supporting Hysteria. Will NEVER FORGET that concert.
This was almost the best of the mid 80's early 90's rock bands. Guns n Roses released 2 good albums, Cinderella 5!!!!!!! Every single song was awesome. Keifer was a beast of a singer. So sad they stopped too early. This song just shows you how much passion and talent these guys had

Poking fun at themselves by having Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora "upstaging" them in their own MV... says a lot about their humility and humour these guys have. Love Cinderella! ❤

I think I was at that same concert. Had to have been McNichols Arena. I went to every rock concert at McNichols Arena back in the 80s. Lived in Colorado Springs and we would drive up to Denver for the weekend and stay with whatever new friend(s) we met over the months and years prior. I was 21 in 1986, and my girlfriends and I all wanted to marry rock stars. My life was similar to the movie Rock Star w Mark Wahlberg 😆 No regrets!!

Jim Loeffert brilliant mate i feel ur passion
Peace, God bless you brother!

Always loved how Cinderella was 3 dark haired guys and a blonde and Poison was 3 blondes and one dark hair. And the odd man is bassist.
... This is when pop music in America was not only badazz, but good.
They need to be in the rock n roll hall of fame, especially the voice. Could you imagine how far they'd go if his voice wasnt paralyzed? I think he would have evolved with the times/eras and put out accordingly the whole time
Came here to rock this awesome tune. R.I.P Jeff LeBar. 7/14/21
Gary died today as well. So sad to see both band members back to back.
Tom Keifer was underrated as a vocalist...I can't keep my eyes off of Eric Brittingham's beautiful locks. :D
Eric had the best hair of the era. Which is saying a lot.
Very true!
Cyn Thia finally someone with good taste in mens hairstyles rock on my friend
In the funny thing is he looked youngest but he was the oldest
Q
I love the Bon Jovi cameo at the end
Me too
I was born in 1984 when this song came out in 1985 by Cinderella somebody save me a thumbs up if you want to come out
They opened for Bon Jovi in 86
The girls run right past Cinderella.. just to embrace Bon Jovi. Funny they could make fun of themselves! The 80's & all that METAL. So, so, so sad it's gone now. We need a renaissance, it was so fun. First concert I attended was DL in 87' supporting Hysteria. Will NEVER FORGET that concert.
I had forgotten about it, laughed out hard 😅
'80's....Golden years....
Who still listens cinderella in 2021?
🤘🤘
Me
Me too!!!! Love them and love Tom Keifers latest "RISE"
@@TapesnCartridges Love Cinderella in 2021!
Me
I am. From Seoul.
There will never be a better era than the 80’s and early 90’s for music.
@ron Kay Righteous comment!!! Spot on!! For me - 1973 to 1995
это точно 80 90 тогда рок жив был щас нечего путнего нету современного был у нас сектор газа и цой
When the flower was at full bloom, then the flower faded away, OH RRRRAAATTT
i agree, to a point, a lot of the stuff from the 70's was awesome
70's were better
This was almost the best of the mid 80's early 90's rock bands. Guns n Roses released 2 good albums, Cinderella 5!!!!!!! Every single song was awesome. Keifer was a beast of a singer. So sad they stopped too early. This song just shows you how much passion and talent these guys had
All they is cool!!!
Moty, maybe things wouldnt have ended so quickly if they were marketed/promoted better.
Cinderella 5???
Seen them with Bon Jovi back in the day 80's fuhgeddaboudit!!!
RATT
I do ! Got them on my Bluetooth right now March 8 3:50 3:52
One of the most un-appreciated bands of all time. love Cinderella!
Watched them, never pleased & dislike GLAMOUR ROCK music! Booo!!!!!
Quiet Riot didn't get the love they deserve either. Sad some of the crap they call music these days. Bunch of no talent lip syncers.
RIP Jeff. Was just playing one of your intros on the LiveStream and then found this out. :(
We definitely lost a Great one, RIP Jeff
RIP Jeff! Your memory will live on forever!!!

Ty for whoever liked my reply. Bless you!
@@michelea6106 god bless you too.
R.I.p. Jeff Labar. They just don't make fun rocking bands like this anymore. The fun has been missed.
The record companies destroyed the soul of rock n roll.
@@mannymarc24 oh do I ever agree with that!!!!!!
There's still a million miles of fun let's not miss the big show.
th-cam.com/video/yfB7vF7nCdA/w-d-xo.html
They make some... Crazy Lixx, Temple Balls, Chez Kane. There's some good rock out there.
This singer sings with his heart❤
You can feel the emotions behind the songs
Truly an amazing band. Wish I could go back to the 80' s
These guys were perfectly beautiful .
Cinderella is hands down my favorite band!! Screw all of this new music. Cinderella for life!
Cinderella!!!!!!
Моя юность. Жена не любит когда я включаю такой стиль музыки 😅🤘
У них только этот альбом взлетел. Потом была откровенная чушь. Бон Джови помог на стпрте.
I still have ALL my long hair and my leather jacket with tassels and that's the way I want to be buried!!! So proud to grow up in this decade!! Long live 80s hair metal!!
Love leather rock on
80sboy4ever the 80’s like no other🤘🏼🤘🏼
Hell yes you are the man!
You couldn't ask for a better way to be put Six Feet Under. Not like I wanted to happen now. But great taste. The 80s were that total shit. Had more fun than any teenage girl should be allowed to have especially going backstage to several concerts. Had an absolute fucking blast. Keep rocking babe
I wish I lived in those times with long hair
I know I'm blessed to have been a child of the 1980's.
me to ruby s
Josh Owens I feel you! Best dang years Of my life ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
And no cell phones to ruin it
You and me both.
Pac-Man agrees with this statement.
Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora at the end of the video was EPIC. 😍😍😍
That was a funny surprise.
@@bigdaddydiesel5520 Jon Bon Jovi discovered the band Cinderella..
Not as hip as I use to be and even with song purple rain from the time I named my cat after your band and that was like 11 twelve years ago in new Orleans. I love your band and my cat and others I use to have too music is hip yours others and I like the color dark blue I live that ect right on
Tom keifer was a badass guitarist. I was lucky to have been in high school in the early 80s and got to see Cinderella twice in concert. The energy and showmanship was powerful. Music was just better back then.
Poking fun at themselves by having Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora "upstaging" them in their own MV... says a lot about their humility and humour these guys have. Love Cinderella! ❤
Best years of everyone's lives - The 80's. :)
+Kraneveh Kran even for the ones that weren't born! ;)
+Kastalya Music Bruh, do you even logic? If you weren't born in the 80's, there's no fucking way in Heaven, Earth or Hell that those were your best years.
+Kraneveh Kran The 70's weren't bad either
+Kraneveh Kran Amen.
+Kraneveh Kran Hi Brother.
I just love Cinderella so much! Jeff LaBar just mesmerizes, moving across the stage, what a great showman he was! We miss you Jeff LaBar 🙏💕🎸
Escuchando desde Santiago Chile en febrero 2024.
R.I.P. Jeff LaBar and Gary Corbett
Hey was Cornett the 5th musician on this video?
@@rawnbadillo9886 I was thinking the same, the guy on the keyboards.
THE most underrated band of the 80's! R.I.P. Jeff...
Tom is an awesome songwriter! Great stage presence and a GREAT ROCK-N-ROLL voice! I know... I WAS THERE!
My band played up & down the Sunset Strip and the Vegas Strip!
After getting a little too old to run around in leather pants without a record deal, I became a Professional Sound Engineer and worked with everyone from Alice Cooper th James Brown, Kiss to Tony Bennet, Prince to Mariah Carey, etc...
Never stop rockin'! Keep the faith and keep fighting the good fight!
God bless and take care...
That's so cool. I agree though, Cinderella was very underrated. There's never been nor will there ever be another hella awesome music Era like the 80s.
Dr Groovy?
Awesome. Way to go and keep going
Tom Keifer has one of the most unique voices in Rock. I've been to a few of his solo shows and he's still sounding great and never disappoints. I wish the band would get back together though. That would be very cool if they did. 😊🤘🤘
Grew up in the 80’s, saw them in concert…. What a time to be alive… still listening to them, plus all the other hair bands, today
This songs saves me from all the mainstream bs that's out there today. :)
This was mainstream during those times.
Roberto Lisboa Which proves that the mainstream of those days were much better than today's....
I saw a rat and Cinderella back in 1987 and Denver Colorado I am now 66. The 80s will never die
My life was similar to the movie Rock Star w Mark Wahlberg 😆 No regrets!!
amen the 80s will never die. weall still want to be rock stars
Ratt and Dokken best of the Hair era

The BEST Decade ever.....still listen to this music it better then that stuff they call music !!!!
One of the best songs ever.. this is absolutely what made the 80s the best generation of music bc every one wants to go back
Cool fact!!! They were from the same town Joan Jett was born in Lansdowne Pa. Jeff Labar was Lansdowne Aldan. Tom Was Springfield Pa. Eric was from Newtown Square. I’m not sure exactly where Fred was from
@@robertg.7052 --- they all grew up in PA but became famous playing clubs on the Jersey shore --- that's where Bon Jovi discovered them
Best thing BON JOVI EVER DID IS HELP THESE REAL ROCKING ROLLERS
More teens of my generation need to get into this music! It’s authentic talent and it’s so much more fun and makes you feel alive!!!
Yes I’m 16 and I just started listening to them 😭 I’m in love
18, been obsessed with rock and metal since I was in elementary 😍😂
Keifer's vocals was amazing. Sad he didn't get his props. He was hitting those squealing high notes long before the world knew who Axl Rose was.
Sounds kind of like AC/DC. Axl had a lot more power.
And David Coverdale was doing that in the 70s with Deep Purple. And then Whitesnake. The guy has a 7 Octave range.
both were great singers but i would' choose Tom over axl..
Tom vocal is so unique
I could listen to Cinderella over and over for the next 100 yrs and not be bored, then again they are my favorite band and yes it’s August 2024!
Saw them open for bon Jovi twice. Blew bon Jovi away both times
Oned of my very favorite Cinderella songs. RIP Jeff. You are a Rockstar!
This song has the perfect grind and tempo. Never gets old.
The riff sticks in your head.
Did someone say grind😻🙊
@@suzanjournagan1112 Yup. That would be me!
This song has the perfect grind and tempo. Never gets old.
All the "glam" distracted from how good the songs were (& still are).
Best music Era ever.... It was something that we probably will never see again..... The musicians could really play, Sing & write their songs. If you weren't there you wouldn't understand. But the music lives on.
Finishing the music video with Bon Jovi and Sambora. Brilliant. :)
RIP Jeff! Helluva nice guy.
I love the way the whole classic Heavy Metal, sound the same 😊
Lady's and Gentlemen this is a real hard rock-metal band Cinderella!
