In this video I show you exactly how to make a no bake strawberry cheesecake from scratch. This no bake strawberry cheesecake is light fluffy and down right decadent. Combined with a buttery graham cracker crust and topped with a fresh strawberry topping this dessert will be a hit at any dinner party.

1/3 c Sour Cream

1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 T Powdered Sugar
2/3 c Heavy Whipping Cream
Strawberry Topping
1-1/2 c Strawberries Quartered
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Water
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 T Lemon Juice
2 tsp Cornstarch
2 T Cold Water
1 T Unsalted Butter
