When I was 12 years old this freaked me out. Not other videos at the time that were actually freaky like Black Hole Sun, but this did. When I was 12 years old this freaked me out. Not other videos at the time that were actually freaky like Black Hole Sun, but this did. Something about the imagery of an artificial cartooney 60's neighborhood combined with the taboo of lesbian stuff I knew nothing about was an unsettling combination for me, not to mention the fear of my mom walking in and catching me watching something of a spicy grownuppy subject matter. But now I'm 40 and just see and hear an innocent cute song and video.
