Marc Diraison was already amazing in the 97 dub, but in the movies and the memorial edition, he completely becomes Guts. What an insanely talented man.
This scene hit me hard in the manga, but it completely broke me down here. The music, the flashbacks, and Guts' agonized scream at the end, it gave me chills. It's such an incredibly powerful scene. Like, how else would the human mind be able to process the actual hell Guts went through? The shock of seeing Casca in her state, and the reality of the situation that came crashing down around him, what else could Guts do but just... run? Just move until he couldn't move anymore. It's heartbreaking to see such a powerful warrior in this state. As a side note to that, I want to say how cool it was to see the different ways Guts became stronger. Here, he can only sprint for a few hours before tiring (yes I know he was injured). Later on, when he runs to the Tower of Conviction to save Casca, he runs for days straight iirc. Damn I love Berserk. We'll never have another quite like Miura.
I just rewatched the entire scene, and I have to say that Casca's and Guts' VAs did an outstanding job in these movies. In this scene in particular, the noises that Casca makes after she goes into shock are very uncomfortable to listen to. From her frightened screams, to her infant-like coos, to her laughing like a small child at "You're a good girl!" And Guts' reaction to Casca's state is heartbreaking. Especially that last cry. That last cry he does rips my heart in half.
There are 8 billion people living on this planet. If you wrote the word hate on every single cell on every single person alive, that would only be one/one billionth of how much I hate Griffith.
If guts could go super saiyan he would’ve hit SSJ2 at the bare minimum as soon as he’d transform, it’s a shame he’d die immediately though if that were to happen just cus Femto’s powers are ridiculous:(
@@solidbeard8324 You can probably find it on TH-cam by just searching for Berserk passionate. Lucas Gitano Family did a fantastic remake of it. Go and check it out if you like.

Guts : “It’s not in my nature to run away “
@Kn1ght_Editzthat’s the cool thing about it. He had never run away until this moment.
😢😢he is not runing more chasing the past
Even the strongest of us break. That’s why we rely on others. Because alone we are weak. Together we are strong.
marc's scream when he shouts for griffith is probably the best engli dub scream in anime history fr
I FINALLY FOUND THIS SCREAM OMFG THE SCREAM JUST GIVES ME FUCKING CHILLS I LOVE IT
Man, that scream at the end is so fucking heartbreaking...
Randomly searched for this to ease my 3 AM pain and ofc bleeding edge gad uploaded this

Their aren’t enough words to insult Griffith for what he did.
We can always take action
But with griffith,only **VIOLENT** action

What track do they use for this scene?
"Griffith did nothing wrong tho" smh
Name the music that?

Where can i watch this
Netflix
Crunchy roll for the memorial edition
What movie is this?
Berserk trilogy
I think they placed wrong music in this moment
Well it certainly made the mood more fitting
Animação horrível, mas é o que temos
Pero mucho mejor que la basura de CGI que hicieron para la serie de 2016.
😭😭😭😭
