Hello. We've been playing CS with my friends since the release of 2. It can be difficult for new players in our group to understand the mechanics and how to react in certain situations, but your videos are incredibly helpful and well made for this kind of problem. Thank you for your content!
Bro thank you for making these. I just started playing CS2 and this is helping accelerate my map knowledge and expand my map pool. I would love to see future vids on Vertigo and Ancient, those two have been giving me some trouble
Not bad. The flash from connector player on his way from spawn to mid needs to be thrown faster, on the run. If you stop at tribox to throw, you miss critical timings. The first timing gets you awped crossing A main’s sight line. Second timing makes you late to connector itself for lower B control and/or assisting middle. Other than that, everything else is perfect. One additional tip, would be to not throw any connector smoke at all. Especially as a player’s rank increases, usually a T player will have smoked connector for you. The CT smoke can be kept, or even used below catwalk, infront of connector stairs to complete a smoke wall, using the T’s connector smoke as half of it. That wall allows you to simply walk out of mid and play under window for lower B.
Yes. I stopped and threw it because new players need more time to see the lineup :) Everything you have said its completely correct. I have tried to balance things for both new players and experienced. Cheers:) have a great day
Thank you for the video. I used to play CS:GO, but was always trash. Only now am I realizing that there are certain responsibilities a player has depending on the position they're playing from. Before, I'd just run around like a headless chicken, but now I know what to focus on so that I can better contribute to my team.
if you smoke con and then jump on the bench at lower mid, you can see over the smoke enough for info and some cheeky kills, they wont know where you are
They can still see you since smoke will create a gap but yes i use it often time to time and get a kill and fall back. Should have added this tip as well. Good for me you guys are there 🙃
Random question, but why do we smoke connector? I understand that it used to give us a one way, but what purpose does it provide now? Sorry, I'm a very old CSGO player returning and trying to learn the new meta / maps through your vids!
Its not as useful as before but it does isolate one angle (downwards). Also stops molotovs so it is harder for ts to push you out from con faster. This forces them to use a lot more utility to get con control.

It depends on the context. Certainly to not do it every round . Twice or thrice to catch them off guard after conditioning for some other play
